“This was a fantastic property in a nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood. Host was super, answered my questions promptly. We were here mostly to just sleep but it was such a nice place and super clean (which I look for) for me it was a central location to Denver/Boulder/Rocky Mtn and Estes Park! Would recommend and would absolutely stay here again! Any and all amenities you can think of they had!! ”

“We stayed here for 7 nights and loved both the VRBO apartment and the area. The host was easily accessible when needed and very responsive. The coffee / tea bar was well stocked, usable and included a French press my favorite and several types of tea. The Prospect New Town area has great walkability and is very close to downtown Longmont. One of the must see things is The Cheese Importers and be sure to frequent the local eatteries in the area.”

“I get no joy in writing this review. I know it’s hard to maintain properties. Anyway, I have been renting vacation homes for many years and this is the only negative experience I have ever had. We arrived at this property and everything looked good. We unpacked and rested. Unfortunately as the day turned to night, everything changed. A large amount of disgusting bugs began appearing in every room of the house. We have pictures of them all– on the kitchen counter, in the shower, on furniture, in...

“This rental is comfortable, clean and modern. The photos of the property are accurate and the neighborhood is in a quiet, middle-class area near the center of Brighton and convenient to other communities north of Denver. We would definitely like to stay here again. It’s a very nice property!”

“Home is extremely clean and we'll appointed. Host is warm, communicates well and maintains a hassle free check-in and check out. Would gladly stay again in the future. ”

“The place was great, we were there for a softball tournament up north of Denver. Only thing was that in one of the bed rooms there is no ceiling fan or AC. AC is only in the Master bedroom & living room, so that bedroom door had to be remained open just so some air can enter. Other than that the home was great, location was great. We enjoyed our stay.”
