“We booked this property specifically because of the river access. So glad that we did! We spent most of the day Saturday on the river, and had it completely to ourselves! “This place is a great place to stay. My kids thoroughly enjoyed having the water park right across the street and that we got to go every day of our stay! It was great room and I loved that I was able to cook breakfast for my family in the morning. Great and very cute little bungalow! Just a PSA though, is bring everything you could think you may need since the drive back to town is a bit of a drive”

“The condo was impeccably clean and well-maintained.Hubby and Grandson appreciated the quiet and homey atmosphere. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was everything you needed to make a weekend visit to the races at the Circuit of the Americas track. Shower was wonderful and accomidating to the over 6’ Water pressure was great. Communication with Holly, the host, was amazing and very friendly. She made sure the men had everything they needed. Easy to get to on the south side of Austin...

“We travelled as a family of 6 (kid ages 17-10). We enjoyed being close to the Waterpark. The parks food is delicious and it gets delivered to your bungalow if needed. The park and Bungalow were clean, convenient and family friendly. We enjoyed the activities available like corn hole, water volleyball, DJ (on Saturdays) and lake access. We will come and stay again. Thank Kara for all of your hospitality!”

"Muy buen servicio y muy buen hotel. Regreso a ese y a otro de la cadena sin problema. Lo único “regular” es el menú de comida, que es muy reducido. Fuera de ahí, todo excelente. "
