“Had a nice stay at the duplex in Austin. The duplex had good amenities and the communication from the host was excellent. Please note that the property is next to train tracks which can be a bit noisy outside but inside was pretty quiet. Nice neighborhood and everything was clean and fresh when we visited. “We showed up late in the evening after a major storm and a huge power outage for Austin (35k customers without power). Cell coverage was spotty and access to the internet was almost non existent so we couldn't access our check in process. One short phone call later we had the owner of the property checking in on us numerous times that same night and again the next morning.
