“The place was so outdoorsy and cosy! We loved the horses and ducks! The host was very welcoming and kind. This is a great quiet getaway! Christmas music was playing when we entered the house, and so was a lovely charcuterie tray with wine. Very relaxing getaway!”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The location in reference to downtown was great. You are about 3 miles from downtown Highlands. The cottage was clean and well equipped for us. If you’re lucky, you may see wildlife like we did. A deer showed up one early evening and we were visited by 2 rabbits just about every day late afternoon. “Overall good stay. Several of the windows did not close fully wish let bugs in and the parking is tight but you can use the garage which helps. It is a nice location right on the lake. All in all it is convenient and nice for a short getaway. ”
