“The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that ”

“A nice suite with condiments in the kitchen. Makes me feel like coming home after a day out. Good coffee supplied and a nice sharp cutting knife ready to make dinner. Other little things around that make it feel like a home. In winter take warm cushy socks as the door opens to the living room and makes it cool on the floor. Not able to control heat, but it was at a temperature I liked -maybe not for others? I will look for this place again when needed”

“The hotel is accesible by light train, the nearest station is just a couple of blocks away. The room is confortable and the kitchen is fully furnished and allows you to cook if you like. All major atractions are accesible by public transportation less than 25 minutes. The area is very secure. ”

“We had a lovely stay in Wallingford! Communication with the host was impeccable the smart lock made check-in as well as coming and going throughout the day a breeze! The home was as described. A warm, cozy, delightful stay. If you stay here - definitely check out Irwin’s bakery nearby as well! Quiet neighborhood, easy access,lovely home, would stay again! ”

“This was one of the best experiences I have ever had! The home was cozy and a good size (just be ready to get your steps in going up and down the stairs lol). It was a quiet and cozy neighborhood and even though two of the windows face a well traveled road you couldn’t tell the road was busy. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking to go to a big city but wants to get away from the hustle and bustle that a big city has. I will be returning to this place! ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the large size of this "tiny" home. It comes equipped with everything needed for our 4 day stay. It's a moderate 4 or 5 block walk to the link. Nate came through with a couple requests during our stay. Highly recommend!”

“The Perch was the perfect home base for my father and me during a short trip to Seattle. We needed only a couple of beds and a coffee maker because we were going to be out and about most of the weekend. My bed was sooo comfortable!It was great to have parking, though the navigation into/out of the space might be a little tricky for a larger car. The space has everything you need for a small group. Would definitely stay there again on the next trip.”
