The host messaged me the night before my stay and said I had one hour to pay or else and that I needed to submit a “professional selfie” even though I had already put a selfie in the payment platform.I get to the house and it is not a “quaint” place ideal for working remotely as advertised—it is right on the freeway...

Cabin was one of the most well appointed places I’ve ever stayed- the furniture was comfortable and tasteful, kitchen had everything you could want or need, hot tub was immaculate!! They asked me to download a app to help with getting into the unit, but when I downloaded it, and arrived, it didn't seem like the app would help at all..
