“The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that ”

“Great location. Bottom floor was a bit chilly. Seemed as though heater could not get it warm but bedrooms were very comfortable. Everything clean. Great location. Nice kitchen and bathrooms/showers were great. ”

“On call and needing to be close to the hospital, it was a true joy to be located so close. Approx two block walk to Seattle children’s, met market, and other amenities. Friendly quiet neighborhood. Pristine clean and spacious unit. Nice tv with apps ready to go. Strong internet. Charger with multiple plugs in the bedroom. All the things that make a stay absolutely easy breezy. Will stay again. ”

“What a perfect set up for my wife and I to stay during a family wedding in Seattle. Our hosts were amazing, very responsive and provided us with everything thing we needed or asked for! With Light Rail steps from the apartment numerous Seattle neighborhoods and downtown were moments away so driving became obsolete. Groceries and great restaurants were also steps away. We give it 5 stars all the way!”

“This home was in a great spot! They provided all things needed. And the home was nice and clean. You do have to sign into your own prime/netflix etc. Great hosts. Parking was a little limited. Great restos within walking distance. The beds are so comfy. We would stay there again. Pls note: no Ac in th second room. Es are sp comfy.”

“Great place to stay if wanting to be close to downtown! The only thing I would change is the spider webs in the backyard makes it difficult to enjoy the beautiful yard. The light in the bathroom seems to flicker and turn off and the fan is delayed when there is anything plugged in. The place was clean and the host is very communicative! I would definitely stay again. ”
