Rainey Street is very lively, not especially kid friendly later in the day but was fun to walk down mid-day. This is a great location sa you're steps away from Lady Bird Lake for a nice walking path. “This property is located one block over from Rainey Street (tons of bars, restaurants, food trucks) so you get the convenience without the noise. It is easy walking distance from convention center, Austin City Limits, Congress Street bridge (bat watching), state capitol, and University of Texas. The staff is super friendly and helpful! “This was an enchanting condo experience. The pictures don’t do the 180 view justice, it is incredible. Best unit on the entire property. Well equipped kitchen, beautiful bedroom with comfy bed with windows overlooking the lake. TV setup was perfect, although we spent most time reading by the pool and in the hot tub. Highly recommend staying! Host was super communicative and accommodating.”

“Stayed for a work event. Space was clean and easily accessible. A 30ish min walk from downtown or quick Uber/scooter. Didn't have much communication with property manager as it wasn't necessary since it was easy enough to manage on your own.”
