I had specifically booked this property because I needed access to a kitchen during a business trip, and given the sanitation concerns, I did not feel comfortable preparing food or staying in the unit. “The house is just as listed. Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Check in went smoothly after a minor technically issue with the app but Ames was proactive and was very quick to respond and help. Parking was a little bit of a challenge though. There isn’t any specific place to park. It’s first come, first serve parking on the street. We had attended a concert and arrived late. “I had a fantastic month-long stay here. The apartment is beautifully set up, spotless, and very comfortable, especially the bed! The location is perfect for exploring downtown Georgetown, and the host was excellent: responsive, welcoming, and attentive to details. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it.”

“Apt is nice. Bed is very comfortable. Made mention to host that perhaps adding a new pot & Pan set for the kitchen would be a nice upgrade for the next traveler. He stated that he would. Property is nice and quiet and wifi is very good. Live TV via Roku was amazing. Perhaps adding a dresser in the bedroom would be a nice addition for future travelers. “There was no host interaction at all after the check-in message which was sent the morning of our check-in date. The apartment was spacious and clean. However we were only given 4 towels total (2 bath towels and 2 washcloths), no kitchen or hand towels. The only toilet paper provided for a 4 day/5 night stay was the paper already on the roll in each bathroom. No facial tissues and only 1 roll of paper towels. “if you are looking for a place to get a decent night sleep. This is not for you. The TV playing at a neighbors very loudly from 10 PM to 5 AM. was intolerable. After speaking with a neighbor, he confirmed that the walls are so thin in this complex that there’s no avoiding the noise. In addition, there’s a terrible musty smell that is attempted to be camouflaged by a strong plug in air freshener. Several communications with the property manager proofed worthless.
