“Unit was clean except under the couch. It's not a pull out like i right it would be, so we had to move it to make it a queen size. There were toys, crumbs, and trash under the sofa part we had to move and i had to vacuum and clean the area. Everything else was clean. Our room code didn't work on the door and the guy we had to call from the reservation hotline was very rude. The property manger I was communicating with was very nice and communicative. “Great location in Knoxville’s Old City—perfect for a weekend getaway or a big game weekend at UT. Plenty of great cafes, bars, restaurants and music venues just steps from the apartment. It’s beside the train tracks (but not facing them) so you might hear a horn blare once a night—I didn’t find it that disruptive. But there is a lot of street noise on Friday and Saturday nights from the bar scene and the building’s windows aren’t the best at blocking sound. Earplugs are provided, which is a nice...
