“The house was the perfect fit for our family. 4 Kids 13-20 really enjoyed the game room, pool and hot tub. Kitchen had everything we needed for the week. Very quiet neighborhood, close enough to shops for groceries and beach. ”

“Honestly we were only inside for sleeping. We spent the entire time out on either the deck or on the screened in porch. My mom called the screened in part her little tree house, because it felt more like being in the trees due to how the property sits. Even though all the beautiful oaks & magnolia trees block a full view of the lake from the porches, you only have to wander over to the pavilion, fire pit or dock to take in it’s beauty. “Great place! Just what we needed. Nice and quiet. Convenient to Mayo Clinic, the reason for our visit to Jax. Wish we could’ve taken advantage of the pool and outdoor space, but the weather didn’t cooperate. Maybe next time! ”
