“Just as described. The home has plenty of space for multiple guests. We really enjoyed the patio area. We cannot rate the hot tub as we did not use. The location is close to many stores. The host responded promptly when we had questions. The only thing that could use improvement was a can opener for the kitchen and the kitchen knives need a good sharpening. We would definately stay here again. ”

“For families in the area, it was quite an oasis, with lots of interesting nooks and things to do. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It fit our party of 10 well. The host was exceptionally communicative and supportive. The only thing that gives pause is the neighborhood— it seems to be going through a positive transition but it’s not quite there yet. This was the nicest place on the block. With that said, this house in Summerlin would easily be 2-3x per night. Would recommend and do again. ”

“I chose this place for its nice layout of the living room seating with great natural light, the wonderful kitchen with lots of space for prep work, cooking and serving areas, the air hockey table, in addition to the wonderful reviews I had read about the host.Even though it was just me (1 person) staying at this large home, I knew that I'd be hosting 2 friends on different days, for whom I'd cook and spend time reconnecting with (who live in the area) and the comfort of the space was paramount...
