“Great rate for the room. Room was perfectly clean ect, amenities however. . . Shower wasnt working, it started and then effectively "ran out of water" it seems. I had arrived later evening, (about 8pm) got showen to my room. But couldn't find somone to address this. But as far as price for a clean room overnight, would recommend 100%”

“Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. One thing that was a little confusing was the note on the reception door after hours. I spent about 10 minutes reading it before deciding to ring the bell because I wasn't sure if I should disturb the staff late at night. In the end, the staff greeted me warmly and simply explained that they needed my ID and a photo of the payment card. I was also a little surprised...

“Staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities (gym, spa, sauna, pool) were a fantastic bonus. Room was comfortable, warm and clean. Had most things we needed for a two day stay. Perfect for two adults for short term stay. Definitely would recommend and will return when next in Albany.”
