“In general, its an acceptable to poor option, location is exceptional, staff is not at its best, as soon as we arrived, we didn't feel a warm welcome by the members at front-desk. After getting our rooms, staff knocked our door insisting we had a luggage that was not from ours which was not true and absurd since they were the ones who brought our luggage into our room, but staff member was insiting for an inexisting gray bag, we heard the same situation in rooms next to us. Rooms look modern...
