    Paradiso is a private club in the Mixson neighborhood near Park Circle, offering exclusive discounted access for The Boroughs` guests, including the pool, gym, wellness classes, co-working, dining, poolside cabana reservations, social events, and live music. Day passes and cabanas have associated fees.

    Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of The Boroughs will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to Paradiso. Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance with guest information. Please Note*: Paradiso is a private membership based club and access is not guaranteed.

    In the event of a mandatory evacuation order issued by the Mayor of Charleston County, guests must contact us within 24 hours to receive a full refund. This policy applies only to official mandatory evacuation orders.

    House Policies:
    To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules:
    No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.
    No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
    Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
    Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
    Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

    Location Disclosure:
    Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

    Check in is at 4pm and checkout is 11am. Unfortunately we can not accommodate early checkins or late checkouts.
    Abide by the checkout instructions. All trash will need to go to the bins by the time you checkout.
    Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.
    No commercial photography and filming allowed.
    Cars can only be parked in the driveway, not blocking the sidewalk, no street parking available per city ordinance. Cars parked on the street may be ticketed or towed.

House was beautiful. Everything was clean. Awesome TV in the living room. Definitely a 5 stars rating. Only thing I want to let others know is the area is slightly sketchy but you can tell they are trying to build up and make it better.

As a people pleaser, I hate complaining, but this experience was unacceptable. While the house itself is beautiful and clean, the surrounding neighborhood was unsettling and questionable. Within minutes of arriving we were approached by a homeless person. We did not feel comfortable staying. When we attempted to reach out to our host, all I got was an assurance that we were safe, and since then I keep being told they'll figure out how to help, without any actual solutions. Vrbo Support and I have had trouble receiving responses back from the host after reaching out via Vrbo app/website and by directly emailing the property management company. This is day 4 and I still have not been offered a solution or compensation for our terrible experience. Our group ended up moving to a hotel, and never even brought our belongings inside this home. If proximity to Park Circle and Downtown is important, so should the proximity of the abandoned homes and trashed lawns surrounding the property. Disappointed and frustrated.
