The property was not available for me on time. The host, was welcoming and checked in throughout my trip, however on three occasions was concerned about her personal towels to the point I went and purchased my own. Made me feel uncomfortable to use them!Furniture was dirty and run down. I covered couch and chair. For my protection I took pictures of EVERYTHING.

Stayed at the condo for a quick getaway just after the holidays in the off season. The condo was clean, affordable and comfortable for the two of us. The beachfront view was fantastic. We would stay again.

I’ll keep this pretty short, the check in process and requested verification process were a huge hassle. Julie did pull it out in the end and allowed us to verify on location. They had requested pictures of my drivers license and credit card. I didn’t want to send this info online. The condo was outdated and beds not very comfortable to us. Was it a terrible experience, no but would I stay in that condo again, definitely not. The resort was nice.

Beach and ocean view were worth twice whay we paid for it!!!! You could people watch, get a tan,see miles and miles of the coastline in both directions! Watch dolphins play out in the ocean. We even saw shark waaay out in the ocean. It was beautiful and we hope to return one day

Not my Fav

The best thing was the balcony. The large window in the main room creates a ton of heat and the AC can’t keep up. I messaged them several times & just kept getting a canned reply. Finally sent a tech. He repeated the same canned response. For the price we paid, I shouldn’t have to wake up all night long sweating or be miserable when you want to relax in the evening. The bed spreads make it feel like a motel and it doesn’t appear to have been updated any time recently. We met a woman in the lobby who rents her condo directly with the resort. I would definitely look for that option next time. We had four people and only got four towels. If you want more you have to pay for them. Not worth the money.

Our stay was good. The biggest issue was the check in process. Prior to check in, we were requested to send a photo of my ID, photo of my CC, Photo of my signature, and a photo of me holding my ID and CC. We rent VRBO properties all the time and we have never been asked for these items. For personal security purposes, I am completely uncomfortable with sending photos of these items. I did not provide these photos and elected to meet with somebody at the time of arrival. The office was closed when we arrived on Sunday, but I was told somebody would meet me at the office if I let them know my ETA. I provided several updates on our ETA, but we still had to wait about 20 minutes for somebody to arrive. The person glanced at my CC and that was it. The whole check in process was very unnecessary and frustrating. There were a few issues during our stay, but the management company was very helpful and responsive. We were happy with the property. However, we will not rent any property in the future that requires photos of personal information.

Weekend getaway

Perfect for our weekend getaway. The Distance from the resort to the beach was perfect for my mom and I. The balcony views were beautiful. We had plenty of space in the unit to relax. We enjoyed a walk on the beach in the morning and a dip in the pool in the afternoon. The resort was well kept in the common areas. The staff was friendly. Plenty of places to grab a bite to eat nearby. I would definitely come back and stay in this unit again. The unit was exactly as advertised.

Great place!

We really loved our few days here. This was a college graduation trip, and we were looking for a few days to decompress. The negative was the tv. It’s not a smart tv, so streaming wasn’t possible. I had brought a firestick, which for some reason just didn’t work. The other negative was the floors. Although they were swept clean, our bare feet were dirty within a couple of hours. Not a huge problem; we just kept flip flops on, but it was harder to keep the sand out. The biggest positive was that great balcony!!! We loved it. It was really the best balcony to be able to see the sunrise and as the sun set. The kitchen needed some upgraded items, in my opinion, but we found what we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean.

Very clean, affordable, and spectacular views from just about anywhere in the place, particularly the corner deck. Parking, short walks to the beach and beautiful scenery were all convenient and very safe. We loved it, and will return!

Poorly Furnished -Buyer Beware

We loved the view, but many things we are accustomed to having at a VRBO were not present here. Despite the stringent rules and policies (which we adhered to), this apartment was not at all up to usual VRBO standards. We should have read the fine print, but were surprised to find the kitchen poorly equipped, with no disposal, no dishwasher, no wine glasses, only 3 mismatched drinking glasses, and very little tableware. The WiFi was public, so unsecured and the TVs were old so could not accept our Roku device. We were furnished with one minuscule bar of soap, no extra toilet paper, no paper towels at all: all things we are accustomed to finding in a VRBO. For the price, we expected more.

A Spring break’s adventure

Just a couple of “get-away” days. Beautiful condo and just as pictured. Big Fish Rentals were very helpful and pleasant. Besides the cold, windy conditions, we had a wonderful time. The ocean is gorgeous!
