I am writing this review for future renters. I wish I would have paid attention to the other renter who also wrote a bad review. We had to sweep the floor because it was so dirty. We had to clean spider webs from the walls. The walls and doors were so dirty. There were scuff marks and damages on walls that need repair. In one bathroom the bathtub faucet handles just turn there’s no way to shut off. There were dead bugs in that tub. There are very few wall outlets. The stove is aluminum foiled to death and the two big burners don’t work. No one has dusted in a long time. The ceiling popcorn is peeling heavily. The toaster doesn’t work. The bar stools need to be replaced, they are old, dirty and worn out. The couch in the living room sinks in when you sit on it. There is no iron or ironing board. No extra toilet paper or toiletries. No dishwasher. There was a hole on a bedroom door that they just put brown mud in and didn’t even repair it. There is loose electrical wiring everywhere. There was an unframed glass mirror just on the floor in a bedroom closet that my child could have knocked over and broken (safety hazard). There was a leak under the kitchen sink. The part that I couldn’t understand was why the host was so strict about not checking in a minute before 4:00pm. No property information was sent prior to 30 minutes before the stay (not even the address) just to get there and the place wasn’t even properly cleaned. I took pictures of everything. A 1700 disappointment
