I requested a change of room as this smell is unsafe to breathe by all means and the person from the front desk refused to change us even though there was a room available. “We have been travelling to Marmara constantly for more that 10 years now. The hotel needs a remodelation, everything is quite old and used. The service of housecleaning is terrible - they just came into our room while we were sleeping without knocking; that happened twice eventhough we insisted on privacy The personal in the bar and reception did treat us nicely”
