“Check-in and check-out process was a breeze in this stylish studio located in a very safe walkable area. Loads of sunlight and lots of city traffic noises (bring a sound machine/ ear plugs if you have trouble sleeping) which added to the experience. Loved being able to easily walk to Central Park, 5th Ave and Broadway/Times Square area. Studio had everything we needed for a 3 day weekend getaway including a fridge and microwave. “We had a great stay; having an apt made being in NYC so much easier with our 3 tween/teens. Neighborhood was quiet, space was clean, close to the park. We were missing a hair dryer, but property manager quickly resolved. W/D in unit was a huge plus. Beds were comfy.”

The management company was easy to contact and they had everything ready for us. When we arrived. We hope to stay there again in the near future. The only problem we had was the trip was too short. “I can't say this property was everything I hoped for because it was in fact VERY much more than I had hoped for. When visiting New York I generally stayed out of town maybe 30 or 40 miles away to be at an affordable property. In the future, all my stays will be at properties of this owner, in mid-town Manhattan because it was at least as affordable as the out of town properties and probably even moreso -- and the quality and available options were so much more superior. “This was the worst VRBO that we have ever stayed at. First, the owners are horrible with communication. Not only did I try multiple times to contact them, VRBO did as well with no response. Somewhere between 12-14 hours before check in they FINALLY sent the check in information.ROOM: It's up a flight of steep stairs that was not mentioned in the description. While the pictures make the apartment look nice, it was far from it. The bathroom had no heat blowing in it and the walls were ice...
