“Pros: Great location. Overlooking the strip and the beach. Right down the street from Hampton Beach Ballroom Casino. Close to restaurants, Heated pool. Kitchenette in room. Cons: Maintenance/upkeep needs to be done on amenities in room. Our room was large and had a kitchenette. The lights keep going on and off. The bathroom needs a new toilet. Their attempt to fix the toilet was to duct tape the place where the water goes into fill. It had come out and started leaking water all over the floor...

“We stayed in the jacuzzi suite on the top floor. It was so cool! There was plenty of space for two people and the balcony was an added bonus. There are stairs to the top floor so if someone has trouble walking, this room won’t work for them. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt comfortable and safe here. There is some construction going on next door so the tools were a little loud at times but we understood. Besides that everything was wonderful and we had a great time. We can’t...

“The price fit the accommodations. We are non-smokers, but the room when we entered smelled like old cigarettes. In the informational paper that’s left in the room, it states that it is a non-smoking room. on that piece of paper, it said that they will charge you a monetary fee to remove the smell of cigarettes if you have been smoking. We had no choice at that point but to stay at this hotel, but the smell was egregious enough to leave if we had the option. Other than that, this day was fine.”
