“The Cottage was the perfect place for our three day weekend. The rental is immaculate with many small touches (including complimentary breakfast snacks delivered at 7:30 am!) that set it apart from other rentals. Kelly and Phil were helpful with local recommendations. While we originally planned on focusing our visit in nearby Harper’s Ferry, Round Hill and Purcellville are also worth a stop. We would absolutely stay here again.”

“Overall this was a great place for a getaway with my husband! The cottage is very well done. It's incredibly clean, well stocked, and the furnishings and supplies are quite nice. The view is absolutely gorgeous and very peaceful. The "downsides" were that a bridge is under construction until late 2025 in the area so it takes longer to get to any stores. The last 5 minutes to the property are complete gravel roads and the very last part is a little steep. It's secluded but there is a house next...

“What a beautiful find this was! A cute little cottage in the woods next to a working farm was truly an amazing experience. The cottage is a two bedroom with one and half bath, full operating kitchen with a working stove, microwave, and a Keurig for coffee, tea and/or hot cocoa. This breath taking cottage even had a screened in porch to watch the sunrise and horses in the neighboring pen. Literally nothing can be knocked being there. It truly was a peaceful home that was beyond relaxing and...

“We had a great stay here. It was perfect - enough bathrooms and rooms that were great sizes for our family. We had three adults and two kids (ages 1 and 3) (one slept in a pack and play). It was perfectly located and easy to get to downtown Leesburg and many of the wineries in the area. The weather was so nice and we enjoyed sitting on the porch at the end of the night. The yard was perfect for the kids. We’d definitely stay here again.”
