You can tell the owner is very diligent keeping the fencing intact. The house is clean. There is an igloo which is really cool if the weather is bad & you want to be outside. I was concerned about spiders etc because it really is in the woods, but it was not a problem, in fact all I saw was 1 fly & he probably came with us from GA! You will not be...
