“The hotel room was clean. I asked for the eco service but still didn’t receive towels. At check-in I felt very rushed. As I was entering my information, I was asked for my passport, then in reaching for my passport they wanted me typing my information. Three front desk staff talking and explaining while checking in. Difficult getting a taxi. Anytime I went to the desk I was treated like I was bothering them. After traveling throughout Japan, this is not the hospitality of other top Japanese...

“Absolutely fantastic. It's beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff were very warm and kind and made my stay very comfortable. My Japanese is very limited, but they took the time to carefully explain things for me at a level I could understand, including the food. If you can get out to Tsunan (and the train there was quite scenic, so do try), I really can't recommend it enough. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer.”

“We were looking for a more traditional Japenese experience whilst also wanting to see the Snow Monkeys and this place did not disappoint! Free shuttle from the station to the hotel and we were greeted by very lovely staff members who gave us really useful info on the hotel and the onsen’s within the village. “Excelente experiencia. Me llevaron hasta el parque de monos que es maravilloso y de noche al onsen de un hotel histórico. La entrada al onsen estaba incluida con mi hospedaje, hermosa piscina exterior en un ambiente natural lleno de vegetación y obras de arte.”
