“Great location, very comfy and huge amount of space. Small points - but bedrooms could do with some lamps/bed light and a colander would be amazing for the kitchen. We were unlucky with building works going on next door so the 6am wake-up was a little bonkers! But this is a terrific place stay in Dubbo! ”

“Lovely little cottage in Broke. Clean and comfortable. Soft bed with good pillows. Lovely freshly baked bread and brownies left by the owner with other breakfast foods which was a lovely surprise. The only think i didnt like was the shower as it was very small and im not a fan of waterfall shower heads. Didnt get to use the spa or games room but it looked great”
