“Amazing and friendly staff and tidy room, maybe a bit let down by the breakfast with only cereal and toast but over all pretty good.”

“Warm comfortable bed and room on a cold Armidale night after a long drive. There was wonderful fire burning downstairs which radiated warmth throughout the guesthouse. A sunroom provided some lovely afternoon sun on arrival. Easy walk into town for an evening meal. Attention to the little details made this guesthouse a great experience.”

“Everything was tidy and spotless, but there was a smell in the room and although sheets were crisp and everything looked "clean" the smell alone made it feel unhygienic. I can't put my finger on what the smell was though. The TV in the bedroom also wouldn't connect to the WiFi so we only had a few free to air channels to watch in that room, while the lounge room TV was working fine. The restaurant and bar were convenient. Some dishes weren't great but it was a cosy atmosphere.”

“I enjoyed my stay as always. Thank you.”

“Well situated to shopping and restaurants.”

“Good accommodation, a bit expensive for the room. The lighting on the rooms could be improved. Had 2 different rooms, king room and studio appartment and lighting poor in both room, But great location.”

“Good motel for my overnight stay. Lovely greeting. Shower was good, linen was excellent. Close to sightseeing places in Armidale and many restaurants.”

Obviously now under new management. The place is absolutely filthy. We arrived at 5.30pm, reception was open, heater was on. No sign of receptionist. After waiting around 5mins, called the after hours number. The guy told me our room was open and the key was in our room. I had to ask which room. Never asked our...

“A beautifully restored building. Comfy bed, not so comfy pillows. Beautiful decor and great location to access shops and restaurants. Check in was easy and efficient. The only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't a door on the ensuit. Hubby and I have been together for 38 years, but sometimes privacy is needed.”
