This is a wonderful spot to get away with family or friends. Great location very quiet. The beach is just a few steps away. And the ocean view was amazing!The condo is absolutely adorable. Wonderful amenities. Very clean and very cozy. This is an amazing spot. Put it on your list!

Beautiful property. Photos are accurate. Unit is well maintained and has all the amenities you'll need. Sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves and the birds was wonderful. Convenient location. I would definitely recommend this unit at Southern shore villas.

The hosts have thought of everything. The location is unbeatable, steps from the beach and the pool is great. The view from the back porch is beautiful. It’s walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The perfect spot to vacation!

Excellent owner communication and response. The place is clean and as advertised it does show some signs of age, but everything was clean and in working order. The views of the ocean from both the patio and the living room are great. With the slider open you can hear the waves crashing in the living room. Everything you need is just minutes away. We’ll definitely stay again when we visit OKI. Highly recommend. My apologies to the owner and the other property owners on OKI, I know we’re not supposed to tell anyone.

We traveled to Oak Island for a friend’s wedding. The condo was beautiful and provided everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to beach access as well as several shops and restaurants!!

This property is just as described, fantastic location, plenty of parking! The twin beds are suited to children rather than adults, but just bring a foam pad for the twins and adults will do fine. King bed is firm and very comfortable. Well appointed kitchen. Very spacious living/dining room. Cannot say enough good things about communication with owners! Lots of little extras to make your stay even better. Stayed in off season.

We so enjoyed our time at Ted and Vetonica's Sea Breeze condo during the off season! The condo was clean, well stocked, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The view was lovely and we could hear the sound of the waves from the patio! Perfect. beacwas just a mi ute

This gorgeous ocean view condo on Oak Island exceeded all expectations. Sitting in the living room or on the porch watching the ocean was Heavenly. We went off-season so greatly enjoyed the cozy fireplace and the quiet beach. Extras included easy check-in, an elevator to help with luggage, and the hosts being quick to respond to questions. :-)

This condo will not disappoint! Had everything you could possibly want or need for a relaxing week of surf, sand, and sun. Beds were quite comfortable. The short walk to the beach literally entails a walkway past the community pool thru a covered gazebo with benches and swings to a Pathway over the dune to the beach (1-2 minutes max). Our first time on Oak Island but certainly not our last! …..

Despite the threats of Hurricane Debby we had a wonderful stay. Excellent location, great condo with all the comforts. Fast response from owner. Carport was elevated and were able to avoid minor pooling of rain on roads. Would stay again.

Nice clean property with a good view from the deck of pool and ocean. Easy access to the beach,and walking distance to shopping, ice cream and food. Grocery stores are near enough to walk to as well. Plenty of good restaurants, and short drive to Southport where there are several very good restaurants. Drove about 50 minutes to Calabash one day wcause The Boundary House is oneof. Our favorite restaurants and it did not disappoint!

The property was super clean and well equipped. Location is central to everything and ocean front. Private access to beach and there were ample beach chairs and a wagon available to use. We spent our evenings watching movies in the cozy living room. King bed is firm and comfy. Parking is right by the stairs that lead up to the condo. A/C works great. Pool looked nice but was fairly crowded so we didn’t use it. Responsive host. Would definitely book again!

Myself- wife and father-in-law - 1st time in Oak Island for all of us. The 2 bedroom condo is wonderfully “placed” ( close to pool, ocean). We could walk to local restaurants , grocery stores, bicycle to others. The condo is spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and wanted. Communication with owner was informative. We will definitely contact them again. We had a great time.

Sea Breeze OKI was the perfect setting for our 41st anniversary getaway! The condo is very conveniently located near the beach, with a great view of the ocean. The pool was well-maintained and accessible, with a spacious pool deck. Furnishings were comfortable and tasteful and not at all cluttered. The property listing website clearly shows what to expect, and it was completely accurate. This was probably the cleanest condo we've ever stayed in! We also appreciated that there was covered, designated parking below the unit for up to 3 cars. Drive-times to Myrtle Beach and Southport made this a great location for day trips with friends. The owners are obviously actively involved in the management of the unit and care about the comfort of their guests. Communication was direct, timely, and very friendly! The only negative of our trip was that the property elevator went out of commission just before our reservation began, but Ted did let us know about it in advance. Unfortunately, that was out of his control. We're so glad we didn't let that stop us from making the trip, but it did make it a bit more challenging than we'd been planning. We highly recommend Sea Breeze OKI and would gladly stay there again!

Owners take a lot of pride in their property and that is so evident! We loved our stay, it was very convenient, loved the east of loading and unloading with the elevator. Extra clean, owners available at check-in to help via ring doorbell. We will be back!
