Launch your kayak or boat in the beautiful Davis Canal only 100 feet from the house. The Davis Canal connects to the Intracoastal and the Atlantica Ocean via Lockwood Folly. A quick 2 block walk to the ocean beach access. No need to secure a parking pass to park at the beach. The kitchen has many upgrades. Kitchen island seats 3 with additional seating for 8 in dining room. Upstairs great room is spacious with two full size sofas and two chairs. Vaulted ceilings create a dramatic environment to enjoy relaxing while reading, watching TV or spending time with family and friends playing games. Additional den with TV downstairs. Primary bedroom on the top floor has canal and sunset views. Primary bathroom has a large shower and double sinks. The home has four full size, covered decks. Front deck has sunrise and sunset views while back upper deck has an ocean view overlooking the pool. The pool deck is beautifully landscaped and has 6 lounge chairs and 3 umbrellas.
