Exactly as advertised.

Love the layout with pool access separate to protect toddlers. Limited stairs so great for seniors as well. Beach access was fabulous.

Beautiful house, well equipped!

Aqualicious is an amazing house! Exactly what the pictures show. The house was clean, welcoming, and very well stocked. The kitchen had Every accessory, dish, or kitchen gadget we needed or wanted. It was so perfect! We enjoyed ourselves immensely while we were there!

Girls Weekend

The house was beautiful and thankful for the no pet rule. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds comfy and bathrooms were extra clean. Loved the ping pong room with the garage door to open up to the pool area. Too bad we came in the winter!

This was the BEST VRBO I have ever stayed in! The house was extremely clean. The kitchen came with every cooking utensil needed. The property manager/ owner was timely in responding even when I had questions a few weeks before our trip. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

High Expectations: Exceeded!

This is a wonderful property! We have vacationed at OIB for 40+ years and this is one of the nicest houses we have ever stayed in. Spacious, gorgeous decor. Super clean and supplied with everything you can imagine. If you’re impressed by the pictures, just wait until you see it in person. Excellent, responsive property management. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

We booked this house for our family vacation this year and it definitely exceeded our expectations! The location is wonderful, the saltwater pool was so nice and clean (they actually clean it 2x a week), beach chairs, wagon and umbrella were a pleasant surprise! The house and amenities were kept very neat and clean! Needless to say, I would definitely book this house again! Thanks!

Family Fun

Aqualicious was absolutely wonderful. Our entire family enjoyed this beautiful home. We had plenty of room for everyone, including large family meals. The rental is well stocked with anything you may need. The ping pong table was a nice surprise. The property manager was excellent. The pool was a hit. We would highly recommend Aqualicious!

The location was perfect. We visit OIB every year but always stay on the canal. This was our first year OF and we loved it. so easy to walk down to the beach. And we loved having access to the beach and a pool. It was great for the grandkids. There are a few things that need to be fixed in the house. but this is the end of rental season and I know things get abused throughout the summer. there were a few things that could be added to the kitchen...griddle for pancakes, kids utensils, and also the pots/pans had really been abused. Regardless, we would stay here again. The layout of the house was great and the decor was very relaxing and beautiful. The contacts we worked with were awesome.

Wonderful beachfront property

We had 12 people stay. All 11 cars fit in the driveway. Plenty of room for everyone in the house. The beds were comfortable. We wish they would include the beds being made and the sheets and towels in the price. Not a big deal just a suggestion. The house looked exactly like the photos. Gorgeous house and location and we had the best time. Thank you gorgeous locatio just like the photos

Aqualicious indeed...

Our group included seasoned VRBO property owner/operators and we all agreed that this was the best equipped kitchen we have ever seen. Slight issue with freezer door (a bad design - this one is on LG) was immediately addressed by the property manager. Service quality was top notch. We have already booked for 2024. Thank you for the lovely experience.

Wonderful family vacation!

This property is spacious and well appropriated. There was nothing we actually needed that wasn’t already there. The decor is modern and clean. Optimal bedding for full families. All queries were addressed promptly and readily attended without impacting our visit. The pool is not large but sufficient for a relaxing dip. The only suggestion I have would be to extend the walkway to the beach from the house side of the dunes to beyond the dunes to make it easier to get to the strand. Overall, a wonderful week. Thank you.

Beach Retreat

Very spacious and clean house. Plenty of beds for our party of 12. Kitchen was well supplied with cooking pans to table service. Had a slightly rainy week, so didn't use the pool. Would be nice to have blinds for the streetside windows. We needed to provide our own linens and towels since it was after Labor day or pay extra. Didn't realize the convenience of that service being provided. Property Manager responded quickly to the one time we needed something. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!
