There are a couple reasons we did not rate our stay a 5. First, make sure you read the fine print! The listing boasts a hot tub as one of its amenities, but your rental actually includes a "cold" tub. You have to pay extra to make the hot tub "hot." Also, we had an infant in our group, so we were counting on the travel crib and high chair that were listed, but we failed to locate either of those. Lastly, the 6th bedroom on the bottom floor had no direct access to a bathroom. In order to shower, they had to enter another guest's bedroom to use the ensuite. Despite those minor annoyances, we had a great week. The showers in the house were amazing, the walk to the beach was super convenient, and the house was decorated beautifully. We also thoroughly enjoyed the pool and private back yard which had a fantastic view of the waterway. The house had 4 porches to choose from, and you couldn't go wrong with either view. Overall, we had a great week of family time at the Tipsy Turtle!
