Comfortable home; responsive owner

Owner was consistently responsive prior to check in and during our stay. Very large bathrooms and comfortable living space. Screened porch was a great place to relax. We’d rent again.

Great OIB beach house on the canal

Nicely renovated beach house with great canal access for boating. Large bedrooms, comfortable beds, great screened porch & patio furniture overlooking the canal.

Great Property

House was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 2 children. Great location on canal and close to beach. Owner was great, good communicator and easy to work with. Will definitely consider booking this property again!

We absolutely love this home!

We visit OIB annually and have stayed at this home for many years it will always be our first choice. The home has all of the amenities you will need and the owners are wonderful to work with.

Great Property!

We loved staying at this location...it's about a 8-10 minute walk to the beach, 1/2 mile walk to putt putt and ice cream, and a wonderful house to stay in. This was our first trip to OIB, but definitely not our last!

House was perfect

Excellent property, well maintained and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay including beach essentials. The beach is a short walk away and the owner provided umbrella, chairs, toys and games for the kids to use in the sand. Highly recommended for a family vacation to OIB.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We booked this house for our family and friends and had a wonderful time. Easy access to the canal to kayak and float around. Easy 4 minute walk to the beach with close public beach access. We really enjoyed our time at Marker10!!

"Perfect Canal Retreat for Boat Lovers and Families!" "Perfect Canal Retreat for and Families"

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home on the canal at Ocean Isle Beach. It was a dream being able to dock our boat right in the backyard and enjoy the water whenever we wanted. My family—wife, son, and daughter—had a great time swimming in the canal and soaking in the scenic views. The peaceful atmosphere and the convenience of having the boat dock made it the perfect vacation spot for us. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing waterfront escape!

Great house in great location! Easy check-in. Our teens enjoyed floating in the canal and using the kayaks that were at the property. Plenty of space and house even better than the pics! Loved the screened in porch and the swings under the house. TVs in ever bedroom and in living room. Definitely recommend! The ONLY thing that the house didn’t have that we needed was containers for leftovers, we cooked a lot. Perfect house for a relaxing getaway!

Perfect house for our stay

This house was perfect for our extended stay. We used the canal to kayak and watch the wild life go by. It was a short walk to the beach, museum and ice cream. It was nicely decorated and very comfortable. We would consider it again next year.

We had a great vacation! House was very clean and exactly as described! We were able to bring our boat and take advantage of the boat dock and canal. Easy walk to public beach access. Really enjoyed being able to use beach buggy, beach toys, crab cage, fishing poles and kayaks! Kids all loved it and want to come back next year! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Sublime experience!

It’s hard to summarize how perfect this was for us. Coutenay’s home was beautiful! We were four adults, me and my 3 adult children and my 3 year old grandson. It was absolutely perfect. One thing we didn’t expect, but was extremely welcome was the afternoon shade on the screened in porch and the swings downstairs! This was much appreciated in the hot afternoons

What a perfect place for a family gathering !.. this home was very clean, welcoming, comfortable for our family . Good mattresses made for a great night of sleep, and the home owner was great to communicate with when we had any questions. …. Just a reminder, remember to bring sheets, towels, toilet paper , dish soap.. … kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. Great parking and only 5 minute walk to beach ( or less) I’ll definitely rent this place at OIB again!

Annual Beach Vacation

Fabulous!!!! That was our entire experience from check in to check out. This was the cleanest home we have ever rented through VRBO. There was ample space for our six adults and two kids. The canal dock worked great for keeping our boat and our daily fishing trip. It was a short walk to the beach and the property provided a beach cart, chairs and sand toys. Our vacation rental contact, Courtenay, was excellent to work with, was very flexible and responded in a very timely manner. Even when we had car problems on our check out morning she offered to bring us jumper cables and told us go back in the house to stay cool while we worked on solving our problem. It was a great experience overall and we will definitley plan to stay again.
