“First impression was quite poor. Garage entrance is dirty and ill kept. Bedrooms quite small, mattresses desperately need replacing and the sheets were scratchy! It's a good 300 yards to the beach thru saw grass and prickers. My pup refused to walk it and we didn't enjoy it much either. Too long to carry chairs down to the beach. Bathroom is tiny and tight but water was hot.That said, the kitchen was well equipted and we enjoyed the hot tub. Overall, it was less than we expected for the...
