“We had a great stay at the Happy as a clam cottages. The cottage was very nice and clean. Being able to eat a few meals in using the full kitchen, BBQ was a plus. The location was perfect for our interests (it is very close to 2 very fine oyster farms/restaurants, several state parks, and a short drive to both the bay and oceanside of the peninsula. We would highly recommend.”

“This is a beautiful property. Perfect for a family gathering. Incredibly well-maintained and beautifully furnished. Game room is amazing — and because it’s in basement people can play games late at night without disturbing others in upstairs. Lovely view of dunes. And close to easy hiking in nearby parks”

“My sister and I enjoyed this house very much. The first day was extremely stormy so we felt fortunate to have such a relaxing and cozy place to hang out. Very clean and nicely furnished. We loved the fireplace. The beds weren't the most comfortable we have had but were fine. I struggled a bit with the lock but staff was very accessible to help. It was a great location to get to a lot of different places. Do yourself a favor and walk out the back gate to check out Sadie and Josie's Bakery. Truly...
