“I and My Wife loved the view out the windows and from the patio. I was born in Astoria and this trip was a 70th Birthday wish by me. We liked the way the apartment was set up. and the stairs were easy to go up. the only thing we both did not like was the bar stools/dining table which was not good for my Back. can't sit on a bar stool chair due to a back injury.other than that the kitchen could use a better stove top.”

“We stayed in Long Beach for my birthday. This lovely studio was great. Near the beach close to restaurants. It had great natural light, tastefully decorated and was quiet. Melissa,Chad and Dawn were very easy to work with and made our stay perfect .Thank you.”

“Great place to stay. It was a pleasant surprise. Very quiet, and comfortable. It has a very nice kitchen although we didn't use it, but their are very good restaurants close by. The bathroom could use a larger vanity. The TV had closed caption displayed all the time. Couldn't get rid of it. Brandy couldn't figure it out either. Otherwise she was excellent.”
