Esta hermosa casa cuenta con 8 habitaciones y 11 baños, con una sala de juegos y una hermosa sala de estar. Hay varias cubiertas fuera de la casa, incluida una gran terraza en la azotea y un área de patio cubierto frente a la playa. ¡La cocina está completamente amueblada con todas las herramientas y suministros que necesita para cocinar una gran comida navideña! Fun reunion

Great location and massive beach house perfect for a multi-family reunion. Highly recommend. Would stay again. Only down side was a clogged drain that made the bottom floor smell a bit, but fortunately we didn't have to go down there much as we had enough bedrooms on the 3 other floors and we enjoyed the rooftop tremendously.

Great family reunion spot with amazing views

Pros: The house accommodated our 22 people ranging from 3 months to 90 years old comfortably. Tons of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the extra fridge came in handy. Every sunset was stunning and we loved that coffee shops, restaurants, and a bit of shopping were within walking distance. The roof deck is delightful and there are lots of fun gathering spots. Cons: only beach access on the property requires some rock climbing, and it's 4pm check-in and 10am check-out with no flexibility unless you pay a hefty fee to extend.

Beach wasn’t usable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is great but it’s on a beach that is missing sand. We went for my wife’s birthday and had multiple people there and multiple people were bleeding from the ocean because you cannot hang out right there where the surf is because there’s rocks that will cut you. They did not disclose that to us, we asked them because of another review and they lied and said that the beach was wonderful and the beach was re-sanded and everything was nice. That was a complete lie and now they offered us 10% off of our next visit if me book within the next 30 days. We spent nearly $10,000 on a home we couldn’t use the beach. We asked for a half of our money back and they refused. Use this company again.

Nice House, No Beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All families should know that there is NO BEACH AND NO BEACH ACCESS. It’s all rocks now. Our family has vacationed on the strand in Oceanside for several years. The last time was 4/5 years ago. Read about the problem with the beaches on the strand before spending a lot of money. This house was nice but our trip was ruined because we are a beach/sea family. No walks on the beach, no boogie boarding for the kids, even the locals drive to areas where there is a beach. SO SAD because we love the Oceanside strand. Umbrellas need to be replaced and lights are needed on the top level. We hung out on the roof to enjoy the ocean. You cannot see the ocean from the bottom level.. the rocks are in the way. The house is fine if you do not need a beach.

Oceanside House Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were extremely excited to rent this house for our 3 day trip to San Diego and were slightly concerned about the price but felt it was worth it due to being on the beach with rooftop deck and plenty of area to enjoy the outside. This house is NOT what you want to rent if you intend to enjoy the outside amenities to this house and the neighbors to the south of the property are NOT happy that this is now a vacation rental home. There is a very ambiguous policy that states any noise complaints received after 10pm will result in a $1000 fine but we were fined $1000 without any noise issues after 10pm. Owner is extremely unreasonable, renovations were not complete so beach level access was unsecure and open to the public and we were forced to close all windows and come inside at 6pm on our 2nd night of staying there and were still fined $1000. Do not rent unless you intend to spend most of your time inside, make no sound outside and pay an extra $1000 on top of the already expensive fee for house rental. The hot tub was filthy and barely warm, bathrooms only have soap and towels so bring what you need, kitchen utensils cheap and flimsy, security very questionable in this house, neighbors not nice. We made the best of our time while staying here but this cost us an unplanned for extra $1000. Property management also told us we would not be fined the $1000 unless they were called back (which they were not) and while having this discussion with management the owner was charging us the $1000 fine anyway. I am giving them the rating of One Star because that is the lowest rating possible but I would lower it if I could. Beware and do your homework--we were the first people to rent this as a renovated vacation home so we had no reviews to go off of and won't be back or make that mistake again. Location is great but the neighbors ruin the neighborhood feel.

Family Vacation disappointment.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a disappointment! As a result of the unacceptable level of customer service, we are very disappointed in the Beachfront Only company. We are a six-time return rental customer. Every day we made requests for the same basic items: replacement of the umbrellas on the roof was not met at all. We were told they would take care of it right away and the staff never followed through. The roof area, where we like to spend a great deal of our time together, was not cleaned properly. There was food residue and trash in several areas. We had no choice but to clean the BBQ ourselves, which also, did not function properly and is apparently undersized for a rental property designed to accommodate a large group. Anticipating some response from your staff, I ended up carrying my phone around which handicapped my opportunity to enjoy my vacation. I made numerous calls to your staff, and was promised immediate action, but no one responded and my request were ignored. Even with Covid-19 concerns, we took a chance and kept the reservation this year. We expected that since we didn’t cancel on the property, we would at least receive good customer service. Renting a property each year of this size is a major investment for our family. It is very sad to feel like we were not treated as a valuable customer. I would appreciate a call from someone in authority at Beachfront. No customer should ever be ignored by those who represent your company. Our vacation was compromised by the unresponsiveness of your staff. We believe this is not a representation of your business model as we have always had our concerns addressed. This year was a complete disaster and as we also are business owners, we believe this information is important to you.

Disappointed in rental company

The house and location were both excellent. The reason I only gave it 3 stars overall is because we were deeply disappointed with the rental company and the lack of customer service. For starters, I was told over the phone that someone from the rental company would meet me the day we checked in to go over how to use things in the house. No one showed up and when I called to ask why they said they did not have me setup to have a meet & greet. I was never told that I had to set it up. I thought it was already set because I was told over the phone that someone would meet us there on check-in day. On the morning of arrival, they had texted me asking when we would check-in (which I confirmed would be at 4pm), so I assumed someone was coming out to meet us. What was even more disappointing was that on our very first day, we let the rental company know that the fireplace was not working nor was the water dispenser. We were told that the fireplace would not be able to be fixed until that Thurs which was our check-out day so we never got to use it. The water dispenser on the fridge did not work which we let them know on our check-in day as well. We were first told that they would bring us a Britta. That never happened. We were then told the next day that they don't have a Britta so we asked if they could at least deliver us some bottled water and they said they don't deliver. It seemed like something that could have been easily resolved by just having one of their staff run to Target to buy a Britta or go to the grocery to purchase some water. Nothing was done. We were told that the water dispenser would need to be unplugged and then the work would have to be done after 10 hrs. We were told this on Tues night which means the fridge would be unusable that Wed which means it would not have even been worked on until Thurs which again, was our check-out date. Finally, we needed a battery for the remote for the ceiling fan. Someone from the rental company came out and said that we needed batteries that were not AAA and that he would be back with the correct type of battery. He did not come back that day. Instead, batteries were dropped off at the front door the next day and they were AAA (the wrong battery) so we could not use the remote. Considering the cost of renting this house, we expected a higher level of customer service. Unfortunately, due to this experience we do not plan on renting any properties from Beachfront Only again.

Excellent!

Our stay was perfect. Not only was the house suited for us as a 13 person family, but Beachfront’s customer service and communication was phenomenal. I can’t wait to stay with them again. Well done!

Just lovely!

We LOVED our time at the beach house. Extended family and friends stayed the week of our daughters wedding. We had an amazing time. The accommodations were fantastic and everything we hoped for. They were very accommodating in letting us put some items in the garage before check in so we could empty the car and do a big Costco run. Thank you for a very memorable trip.

This house was very interesting with each floor having a different way to relax. Lots of steps up and down. Lots of room for everyone in our party.

Excellent experience and stay

We hope to return to this property again and again. We stayed with family and friends who all came to San Diego for a wedding. The house was bigger than expected, comfortable, clean, and has plenty of amenities. The views are incredible. The weather was gorgeous. We had beach everyday with the tide. A standard coffee maker is provided however, we requested a Keurig and the property manager delivered it to us. We also requested four folding chairs which were also delivered. We requested early check in and early check out which was available and appreciated, however we did not take advantage due to the fee. I highly recommend this property and company.

Incredible views from an amazing house!

We booked this property and the one next door for our Corporate Sales Meeting and we were not disappointed! The house is just as beautiful as the photos portray. Incredible rooftop views and easy beach access. The only 2 critiques I'd note are that not all of the bedroom doors have locks on them and the kitchen utensils and larger serving dishes were very limited which was difficult with a group our size. The staff was very accommodating and made the Check-in/ Check-out process extremely easy. We will definitely consider booking this property again in the future!

Spacious but flawed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is beautiful, plenty of room for kids to run around and not bother the adults. We did, however, encounter a few problems. Neither fireplaces on main living levels would work, and we could have used some warmth as it was a chilly, cloudy stay. The dishwasher had problems, my husband had to repair a toilet late at night so it would flush. The garage door would not open for an entire evening until early the next morning wen it was repaired. The fire pit is a joke, the flame was a couple of inches high. All items were reported and addressed if possible. When I asked for a partial refund, I was offered a discount on a future stay. Not to say I would never stay here again because I certainly would, butfor the price, you expect all amenities advertised to be in working condition.

Reviewer Comments: beautiful oceanfront property! we rented 2 side by side houses with 10 rooms each house for a late celebration of our mother's 80th birthday that we originally planned for August 2020 but due to Covid-19, we had to re-schedule to May 2021. each house accommodated 20 guests and there's still plenty of open spaces available! everybody had fun and we just booked another beachfront property for next year! Had recommended the property to couple of friends who saw pictures i posted who inquired about the property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented 2 homes next door to each other and it was absolutely perfect. The kids could use a private walkway to access either house without having to go out onto the street. There was plenty of room for games, gatherings and meals. It’s the second time we have rented these 2 homes and hope to return in the future.

I also cannot say enough good things about the Beachfront staff, they were incredibly helpful during each stay. You will not regret renting this property!!
