This beautiful beach house was the best family getaway we could have dreamed of! It was perfect with small children, who could safely play in the sand on the private beach, and still watch the waves beyond the rocks. Building sandcastles and roasting marshmallows at sunset made for great memories. We loved it!

The house was a wonderful two-story oceanfront property. And when I mean, oceanfront, I mean it sits on the beach. We enjoyed eating meals out on the upstairs deck overlooking the ocean and love sleeping every night with the patio door open Listening to the waves crash. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very nicely furnished and the kitchen was more than amply stocked for us to fix meals. This house sits in South Oceanside, which is much quieter than the properties that are north and near the pier. Would love to rent this house again in the future.

3rd time staying here and the remodel is incredible! The house is spotless and has everything you need! To note: the tide is much higher now than it used to be so less actual beach time. Other than that, perfection!

Breathtaking views and nice interior. Kitchen extremely well stocked. Nice appliances and comfy beds for an VRBO. 2 of the 3 rooms are ocean view. We had 4 kids and if they were any younger (4.5) I would have been worried about the danger of the rocks. They are steep and then the beach was fully rock this time of year (Oct); once we went and bought water shoes this was all manageable. No air conditioning, we were confused that it had thermostat listed and thought that meant air conditioning. Went and bought several fans. Meals on the patio are divine.

The pictures don’t do it justice, the views are unbeatable, we watched the sunset every night while we ate and enjoyed the fire pit and s’mores. Plenty of room, well stocked big kitchen, I will definitely go back to this gem of a house

Home was perfect for our needs! Appreciated that there were beach towels there. The 4-year-old loved playing in the sand in the backyard. When the tide was low each day, we could enjoy several hours down on the beach before the tide started coming back in.

We had a great few days staying on the beach. Everything we needed was included with the rental. When the tide was low the kids played on the beach and in the water. When it was high tide everyone relaxed on the sandy area above the rocks. We would love to stay there again the next time we stay in Oceanside.

The house is nicely updated and extremely clean. However the outdoor furniture is plastic mismatched junk. We have stayed in many Oceanside properties and never have they had such low budget furniture. A outdoor sofa and a couple of heaters would really elevate the experience. I personally would not stay here again for the rate we expected a better outdoor living area.

Great place to stay to watch and hear the ocean right there in front of you. We had one problem this time we went to heat the oven up and someone had left food in to go box from the previous renter in the oven and it caught on fire before we noticed it. We weren't able to cook the meal we had prepped for that night and had to eat out management agency could not get someone out to clean the oven until the following day. We ended up cleaning the oven ourselves call my it was a mess. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay very comfortable beds.

The house was amazing, so spacious for all 5 of us. We had plenty of room and loved the large balcony with sliding doors to listen to the ocean 24/7. The kitchen was very well stocked with plates, glasses, dishes and cookware. Having a bathroom on the main floor was perfect. One of the most favorite features was the beach area at the lowest level. When the tide was out you could get down the rocks to the water. Truly fantastic location and home! Can't wait to book again!!

This property was perfectl for our first family vacation. Beautiful close-up view of the ocean. Plenty of living space for everyone. Nice private backyard beach with chairs for everyone. We really enjoyed this house with close proximity to everything. We definitely will be back.

This was a great place. The pictures made it look like its was one level, which it is not. The main deck is the top story, but FABULOUS views!!! This place was well stocked with everything you need and we had no issues. Would highly recommend.

The house was all that we hoped it would be, plus more. Amazingly well stocked kitchen, nice linens and towels and furniture, lots of things provided (from beach towels to garbage bags). Easy to follow rules and schedules. Responsive manager. Quiet neighborhood, easy parking, great walking.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was absolutely lovely! South Oceanside is a spectacular location with lots to do within walking distance. The house was impeccably clean, had everything we needed and of course you can’t beat the waves crashing on the shore right outside your windows. We will be back!
