“My wife & I stayed at this house for a long Easter weekend while visiting our son at the University of Tennessee. We were 20 minutes from his apartment near campus and the drive to and from this house to campus was simple. The house was perfect for us and our dog. The kitchen has everything one would need. The property is great for walking our dog and sitting outside in the yard enjoying the views. Jaclyn could not have been easier with which to work. We plan to be back!”

“Perfect small house - has everything that a person could need - no issues at all and if I am back in the area in the future I would definitely consider staying again - I liked being away from everything (and you are out there a bit, it is very nice) and I especially enjoyed the shower. For a small house the stand up shower was very roomy.”

“Beautiful spot and beautiful home! Super well appointed cozy and relaxing. Responsive and helpful host on site, but separate house. Close to UTK. Stayed here before move in at the university. Left car packed with roof rack and basket on tow hitch overnight. Private secluded parking. Wished we stayed longer! The host even gave us tomatoes from her garden, which were delicious! Highly recommend!”

“The property was located in a private area, but close to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Knoxville. We loved that it was pet friendly and away from all the tourist traffic. We had a great stay. ”

“I was looking for a mountain retreat/getaway for my husband and I while I had work in the area and found this hideaway. It is very remote from town, fishing was great, and the cabin was spacious enough for us. We even had "Harry" the duck greet us. She was so entertaining.
