“First off, check in is at 4pm. We arrived at 3pm and were told our room would be ready soon so we brought all of our luggage in and waited in the lobby. 4pm came and went, and after asking multiple times when our room would be ready, we kept getting the same reply, just a few minutes, they're still cleaning the room. Finally we were able to check-in at 4:25pm, almost a half hour after our check-in time, and wasting over an hour sitting in the lobby. We weren't the only ones either, there were...

“We had a wonderful stay at Harbor House Inn. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the inn was quaint, charming, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed. One of our favorite parts of our stay was enjoying the continental breakfast on the screened-in porch. The peaceful setting and beautiful view of the lake made it the perfect way to start the day. We enjoyed our time here and would stay again the next time we’re in Grand Haven.”
