No breakfast. Whole reason I booked this place. Made me check in through a sketchy window. Bedding has burns. And I requested non smoking. Smells like old smoke. It’s just not good. And I would like a partial refund back.

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. The pictures are fake! The rooms look nothing like they show. There were roaches in the room and blood stains on the bed. When I asked for a new room the receptionist tried to tell me there would be a $30 deposit, but it would be refunded. After not being able to log into her system, she just handed me a key and told me the new room number. Never once acted like she cared. Went to the new room and more roaches. When I went back to the front desk the receptionist was gone and the door locked. We just took our things and left. Guess I should have read the reviews before booking this!

Cockroach infested rooms. I say rooms because my 1 room wouldn't be the only 1 infested. Advertised breakfast included. But after you pay and arrive there is no breakfast signs posted. But you've already paid and it's too late unless you have the time to wait for a refund. Looks ok from the outside Disgusting on the inside. Save the money and rent elsewhere

There were roaches in our room, when we tried to get another room, we were told all they had was upstairs, needed downstairs for medical reasons. Staff was helpful to get our money back.

There was no breakfast even thou it said breakfast was included when booking. There were dry poop stains all over the bathtub and floor. No electrical outlets close to the bed. There was a nasty odor in the room. I was scared to turn down bed so I just slept on the top of the cover. I will not return to this hotel or suggest it for anyone else. All contact with staff had to be done standing outside thru a small hole in a window. The temperature outside was below freezing.

Horrible property, none of the amenities listed no continental breakfast no fridge. Property was infested with bugs. The first room I was shown the bed was covered in bugs the shower easily had 30 or 40 bugs in it. They were cigarette burns in the upwards of 20 or 30 and all of the sheets. Blood stains all over the comforter and chair, the wallpaper was literally peeling off the walls. All of the electrical sockets didn’t have covers on them and had exposed wires and when you turned on the water bugs came out of the Fossett before water came out one of the worst properties I’ve ever stayed at I want my money back. Do not stay here. Expedia should pull this listing from their website .

We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

The room was disgusting. There was no breakfast or wifi as advertised. There are vagrants everywhere all over the property. The staff was barely there. Save your money and go elsewhere not in this neighborhood! Pictures on their website are not the same as this property as advertised. BEWARE!!

We walked in the room, my grand daughter opened the refrigerator and yelled that there were bugs in the fridge..As we started to look around there were cockroaches on the floor, looked like the carpet was crawling, roaches on the walls and on the flat surfaces all over the room… HORRIFIC! Needless to say…We didn’t stay. The front desk clerk gave us no problem in returning the cost of the room back to our credit card..

Steer Clear!
The sketchy neighborhood wasn't what got me to leave. It was the false advertising and disgusting condition that was the death knell for this place. Be warned, this property boasts invluded breakfast, but their is a little sign on the window that tells you they aren't serving it. Oh, you arent even allowed to come into the lobby. All business takes place outside at a window set in the wall. There is another sign that tells you there are nod refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms. Another selling point that is stripped only after you get there and have presumably made a non refundable booking. Dont get me started on the gross carpet or the roaches. Also, the smoke detector had been removed (not sure that's legal since this is a commercial structure) I had to leave immediately and Hotels.com didnt even get the credits I used to book the room back immediately.
