Sehr freundliches Personal und ein schönes Zimmer. Habe das Hotel nur zur Übernachtung genutzt und kann daher nichts zu den übrigen Angeboten sagen, aber die Übernachtung war sehr angenehm.

As the only hotel in Oldeberkoop you are limited to this location. I had one of the ole rooms in the main building. I’m more of a Westin person so this old fashioned “cabin in the attic” didn’t work for me. I was originally booked for 5 nights and after the first one I decided to cut my stay to 3 nights and eat the loss of money. The old rooms might be fine for younger people. I am 50 and I luckily workout everyday & do stairs every chance I get. You must climb 3 flights of very steep stairs with your luggage to reach the upper rooms. I did not eat at hotel restaurant or use the sauna or bikes. The small village is easily walked to. There is a small grocery store & a few restaurants. Weekly village market too that is worth visiting.

Centraal gelegen hotel in het stadscentrum met prima eigen parkeergarage tegenover. In het weekend wel veel last van straatgeluiden: zowel verkeer als uitgaanspubliek. Geen 2 x eenpersoonsbedden beschikbaar op de kamers, dus ook met vriendengroep moet je tweepersoonsbed 180 x 200 cm delen.... Ontbijtbuffet was prima. Al met al een oké prijs- kwaliteitsverhouding

De locatie is super, eten uitstekend, de kamer(s) achter het oude gedeelte waar je incheckt, ontbijt en dineert is geweldig. Ruim, goed bed en de douche ruim. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en weten wat zij serveren.

Jammer, sauna afgebrand.
We waren teleurgesteld dat de sauna niet beschikbaar was, afgebrand in oktober. Dit staat op geen enkele site vermeld en in de reserveringsbevestiging stond dit ook niet. Hadden het hotel erop uitgezocht, lekker vaak even in de sauna. Alternatief was een bezoek aan de sauna in de buurt. Prima sauna maar totaal ander gebruik van sauna dan even vanuit je hotelkamer. Niet al het personeel kon service-gericht met deze teleurstelling van ons omgaan. Het eten in het restaurant was heerlijk, de mogelijkheid om een film te kijken was leuk.

Lunia is a nice hotel with a splendid restaurant facility, free easy acces parking and a hotel room with a small terrace overlooking the nice garden. In the area you will find only large hotels with only a 'room to spend the night' and nothing else, at Lunia you experience a friendly hotelservice and with extra's such as a outdoor terrace etc. In the area of 35km the best place to stay your night(s).

We zijn al meerdere keren in hotel Lunia geweest. En wederom zijn wij niet teleurgesteld in onze verwachtingen. We hebben het getroffen met het personeel, uitermate hartelijke bediening. Overigens moet je als gast respectvol omgaan met het personeel en niet uit de hoogte doen zoals een stel dat mokkend haar ongenoegen liet blijken ten aanzien van de bediening. De tafelreservering was niet conform hun wens en dat lieten zij aan het personeel blijken. De excuses van de bediening ten spijt bleven zij zich verongelijkt gedragen

Een aanrader in Friesland
Prima hotel. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Gezellige kamer in het hoofdgebouw. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Het eten is van hoge kwaliteit. We hadden het vegetarische menu en dat was heel smakelijk. Ontbijt was goed, maar wij geven wel de voorkeur aan een buffet. Eenvoudige wijnkaart met vriendelijk geprijsde wijnen. Desertwijn was naar verhouding wel prijzig.

Mooi hotel met prettige sfeer. Kamer is netjes, wij zaten in het nieuwe gedeelte, en voorzien van moderne luxe. Tijdens ons verblijf geen andere gasten gehoord of last van gehad.
