“Overall stay at this location was fantastic! Property was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Bed was very comfortable! Very cozy and inviting home. Location was great, as it was an easy walk to some great restaurants and an easy drive to downtown activities, as well as to Lookout Mountain and other tourist destinations. I would highly recommend staying at this location!!”

“Went down for a vacation of 4days 3 nights.. Had a negative experience with this stay, The host entered the property with out letting us know and texted afterwards. The host lives above the property which usually isn't a issue, but the hoat at all hours of the night you can hear them watching tv and talking and walking back and forth. “While the house was very nice it was not functional for 6 people. One 3 person couch and 1 table that seats 4. The kitchen had 3 plates and 3 bowls and minimal silverware. No utensils except for bar-b-que. 1 towel/washcloth per person allotment per day. Therefore had to do laundry every day. VERY narrow and STEEP driveway. Neighborhood looked concerning but we had no problems with neighbors. Definitely need earplugs to sleep because of the trains. ”
