“Only good thoughts, large enough for 2 adults only. Great location to all things Bend. Super clean everything, all amenities great, on very quiet street, a small park across the street. Communication excellent. Thank you for excellent lodging.”

“Aaron’s place is a perfect home base for hanging in Bend. Well appointed, super comfy bed, walkable to everything and he’s a pro host!”

“The treetop studio was perfect place to call home for our week long visit in Bend. Will definitely book again on our next visit. Has everything you need, was very clean and the location was perfect.”

“Nice residential neighborhood located on the back side of a home. Unit was clean and convenient. However, no temperature control in the unit since it appears to be a single unit within the home on the other side of the door. Too cold with the cool air blowing all night the first night. But we do recommend ”

“Cozy room for two with a small backyard perfect for our couch potato pup. Close to downtown and had all the amenities we needed.”

“It was nice to have the river outside the deck. The property has some updates, but still looks like an older property. We enjoyed the restaurant, it was nice to sit outside on the beautiful patio. When checking in you need to provide a credit card for incidentals, which is fine. We found out we were billed 195 after check out. Thank goodness I checked my credit card statement. Communication with the management company was good but it did take 3 weeks to get that money credited back. Just make...

“Felt completely duped by the property description. The staff was nice but the property was not great at all.”

“Perfect space! Adorable and had everything we needed. Hosts were extremely communicative and prompt in their responses. Would absolutely stay here again. The location is perfect for adventuring to restaurants, coffee shops and the river!”

“The space is clean and well decorated, it feels homey without being cluttered. There are upstairs neighbors, and the noise they generated at times was loud and took away from the overall experience. The bathroom is large and clean, the shower was phenomenal. Having in house laundry was awesome and added value for us on our stay. Meg was easy to reach and responded quickly. The provided binder had so much useful information and was great for getting oriented. If a little (and truly I mean little)...

“Excellent property. Clean, spacious and in a wonderful location. Brewery’s, restaurants and grocery stores all within walking distance. We can’t wait to stay here again soon!!”

“I gave this listing one star not because it was terrible. We, in fact, did not stay there. On the day we were to arrive the air quality was 'very unhealthy' and the community was on an a 'Ready' alert for evacuation. The Akawa Butte fire was five miles north and was now the priority resource fire in the country. The second day we would have been there, they evacuated two thousand residents. We decided the last thing this community needed was two more tourists to suck up valuable resources...

“We absolutely loved our stay here! It was the perfect place for my husband, daughter, and me. We especially appreciated how welcoming it was for our dog—it made our trip even more enjoyable. The location was ideal, with easy access to the Old Mill District, the Deschutes River, and the Cascade Lakes. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. We made so many wonderful family memories here and would happily stay again!”

“Great location on the river with plenty of amenities”

“Riverhouse is an amazing property in a convenient location. We’ll be back! ”

“It was a large expansive property with lots of amenities. But you had to drive or walk quite a bit to get around the resort. Not a problem unless you're disabled or unable to walk. When making a reservation we weren't given the option to book a Riverfront room or a parking lot View room. There was no delineation of rooms. So when we got there we had a parking lot room. I would have loved to have paid for and had a place on the river because in order to see the river which is the main thing at...

“Nice large room with balcony overlooking the river.”
