room was well kept, staff was very helpful and respectful, even with language barrier everything was understandable. Buffet and onsens were great.

After we found the room (do some research and read the instructions well) It was incredible! Their was a separated bed room with a whole wall picture of the coach being held up by the team on it, autographed balls on the wall... and access to the roof.
