“This was a great base for us as we were in the area for Welcome to Rockville. It was about a 25 minute drive to the speedway and it was great to come back and have the beach just across the way to relax before heading back to the festival each day. The condo is exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. The community it is in is beautiful and has great amenities. The second bedroom is small, only has a small closet area and has no fan- not a complaint just a heads up. Only had to “bother”...

“The only positive thing about this property is its proximity to the beach. Unfortunately, everything else was a major disappointment. The listing advertised 1.5 bedrooms, but in reality, there was barely one. Instructions were unclear, and we didn’t even know how to properly lock the door, which left us feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. The kitchen was poorly equipped—yes, there was a microwave, but there were no basic items to actually heat or prepare meals.We’ve used VRBO many times before...

“Nice condo. Kitchen had everything we needed. We had to purchase toilet paper, but everything else was there for us. Nice a little further to the beach than anticipated. Overall good ”

“This place was immaculate, terrific updates, and amenities we’ve never seen in other VRBO’s we’ve been too. Conveniently located across the bridge from Flagler and all that area has to offer. It’s pet friendly with a fenced yard. We’ll be back when we can make the trip and can work the budget. Thanks y’all!”

“Pics listed were not what we got. Very small, no private balcony, doesn’t face beach, not updated. Bathroom very old, paint chipping in tub, old tile, mildew/mold on bathroom ceiling. Dehumidifier had to be dumped 3 times a day& very loud. Air very loud. Neighbor dog barked consistently. No hot tub. Pool closes at dusk. Pretty run down/older. No kitchenette/only sink was outside of toilet to wash dishes in. Stains on all bedding, sheets & mattress pads. Very “old/moist” smell despite an air...

“The room pictured and the room we stayed in were not the same. There is no Murphy bed. There is not a full size fridge. We didn’t get our check in information until after checkin time and we had to ask for it. The room has a lot of rugs, that just didn’t feel clean. There is no storage or place to put your things with the exception of a small hanging rack. None of the automatic trash cans worked. The fan remote didn’t work until we figured out the batteries were in backwards. The unit we stayed...

“Good location”

“We loved our stay! The place is cute and cozy-exactly what we were looking for :) It was so nice waking up to the beautiful ocean. The owners are so kind and helpful making the process very easy for check in. The condo has everything you may need and is in a great location. Walking distance to the pier and restaurants, but far enough away to not be loud at night. Thanks for everything ! We hope to be back again!”
