“Beautiful property!! I traveled with my daughter and two small grandchildren, we enjoyed how welcoming the room was. Upon arrival there were board games, coloring books and crayons for the kids, also beach chairs and towels…which were convenient! Both pools were very clean and we loved that we were right on the beach!! 10/10 recommend!!”

“Overall the property was ok they are doing a lot of renovation to it. From the ouside kinda rough looking. Lobby was nice some upper floors have not been redone. The room we had was on the small side but worked good for us 3 . Price was reasonable for being dayton 500 weekend. They had a small tiki bar outside by pool area. Although the pool was not full after they retiled it it did look nice and was full by the time we checked out. Didnt see if they had the hot tub up and going yet. There is...

“We did not enjoy our stay. The description indicated “possible construction” but the entire building is under major reconstruction. There were cords running all over the exterior corridors. They were jackhammering the exterior of the building, leaving dusty debris all over our car. A third of the parking lot was taped off for the heavy equipment. The entire ocean facing side of the first floor was a construction site and there was no access to the beach. We had to walk out the front and around...
