“Stayed here over the bank holiday as a family of 4. The hotel itself is nice and the outside space is green and relaxing. However, we were given a very hot top-floor room during 28°C weather, with no air conditioning and windows that barely opened. The fan provided did not help and none of us could sleep. This room really should not have been given to a family in such hot weather in the first place. At 2am we had to ask for another room, which meant moving tired children in the middle of the...

“Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival and lovely to speak to throughout our short stay. The hotel is immaculately kept and tastefully furnished. Our room was spacious (family room with a queen bed and bunk beds for our 2 children was a dream for them) and had great amenities. Bathroom was clean and basic toiletries were supplied along with shaving and dental kits. Enjoyed our short stay and would highly recommned.”
