Comfortable, well equipped and steps from the beach. The views were better than expected and the deck was perfect for sunsets. A short walk to everything, but quiet and peaceful. Plenty of room for our party of 5.

The kitchen was well stocked. We had asked beforehand if there was some items that we typically don't see in rentals and never heard back but almost all of them were here. There were lots of board games, books, and movies for entertainment.Also one of the best amenities for us was the locking gate for the stairs and highchair because we had a couple toddlers.Also we loved the fusbol!! For a very stormy, rainy weekend on the coast we were able to have a lot of fun here!

We loved this house for our multi-generation family. Beautiful view of the ocean & close beach access. Property is as advertised. Clean, nice furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, clean hot tub. We will definitely want to rent this beautiful beach house again!

Great location and loved the beach

A beautiful house and the views were spectacular. Only negative was the gate code had been changed and the code on our instructions didn't work. But calling the emergency number worked and we eventually got it figured out. Being able to walk to the beach and having the great views and ocean sounds were great. Wish we would have stayed longer than two nights.

Enjoyable stay

Overall, very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and the short walk to the beach. Had an issue with the dishwasher, but serviceman came promptly and resolved the situation. Lighting in the living room could be improved.

We have spent quite a bit of time in this area and were very familiar with the location of the house. Location was great, short walk to the beach and incredible views. Kitchen/living room area worked out great for us and the whale watching room is a great spot to chill out and relax. Honestly, the house and cleanliness were great, have nothing but good things to say about that. The only issue we had was dealing with property management company and getting timely information back. We experienced several issues with that during our stay, but I would not hold that against this property. We would stay here again and absolutely love Pacific City area.

Could have been cleaner

House was not as clean as should be. Limited supplies throughout, no cleaners in the kitchen, limited laundry detergent, pillows were extremely old and stained, shower was not clean, no tissues in the house. Could not find the beach towels that were supposed to be there. House was very comfortable and enjoyable to stay in, but the lack of cleanliness was a drawback.

Great Beach House

Great location in Pacific City, beach access right down the road. Beautiful views of the ocean and near restaurants. Comfy beds and plenty of kitchen items. Loved the Whale room! We enjoyed our stay here.
