“This house had a great location. It was a 7 mniute walk to the beach and it is in a quiet neighborhood. We had our three girls join us and two of their spouses. We also had our son, wife and their son join us for dinners as they lived in town. Be aware that while four of the bedrooms have queen/king size beds, one of the bedrooms is accessed through the master bedroom and master bathroom. Our single daughter did not feel comfortable staying in that room so she chose to sleep in the room...

“This place is gorgeous! Super clean, photos accurate. Slept 6 adults and 1 child VERY comfortably. Beautiful view. I'm sad I couldn't stay longer it was that nice.”

“What a great place. The home has 3 solid primary suites. Two more rooms with multiple beds. We had 9 and there was plenty of room. The kitchen is well appointed w most everything you need. You're very close(driving) to anything you need. Gated entry for safety and security. Spa was awesome but it was set to 85 so we had to wait overnight for it to heat up. The host is super great to work with and communicates well. Very quiet neighborhood. ”

“Our crew of 11 had a fabulous time in Temecula and this was the perfect place for our big group to stay! There was plenty of room in the kitchen and dining areas for all of us to enjoy meals and games without feeling crammed. We appreciated the number of beds and bedrooms and really could have even slept a few more people comfortably if we needed to. The pool and hot tub area was spacious and clean, plus the views are STUNNING! The only tiny issue we had was the solar outdoor lighting was not...

“The property is as pictured! Lots of space both in and out. Suite in garage added bonus for family members that need their own space. The house needs a good deep clean and some things need repair but it did not deter from our enjoyment of time with family! Outdoor space and views are amazing and location is perfect for anything you want to do in Temecula. Lumta was always available to answer any questions we had about the area and the house. I would recommend.”

“We had a wonderful stay. There was something doe everyone at this house. Spaceous accomodations, a well stocked kitchen, a great pool for the kids and the game room had everyone entertained. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking to stay in the area.”

“A large part of why we chose this property was for the hot tub. When I asked the first day how to turn it on, I was informed that it did not heat up. I asked them to see how it would be possible to heat up and they said they would get back to me. However, they did not get back to me, even after leaving a follow-up message. The upstairs guest bathroom faucets also did not have hot water. The guest bedroom downstairs had a broken window that would not close, making the room cold for our friends...

“Nice place but messages to property manager before, during and after rental were never replied to. Extra charge for parking Damage deposit kept until persistent calls to VRBO and Ocean Villas. VRBO points at property manger - Property manager points to VRBO system. Still waiting for return of $1000 damage deposit over 3 weeks after rental”
