Beautiful and close to the beach

Overall, this place was great! We had an issue with the WiFi but got it fixed quickly. Beautiful and updated, the beach is literally just steps away, and the beach was not super crowded!

Great property, but not close to much

We loved the property but would not stay here again due to location. If you are planning to do beach and cook meals in then this place is great, but we like to get out and explore, shop, dine, and nothing was close. Also, the back door doesn’t lock once outside so going to the beach is a hassle if you want to pick your valuables up while away.

Perfect for a family beach getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The access to the beach couldn’t be better, shopping and restaurants all around 30A. The layout of the home is perfect for a family of adults. Definitely a return spot!

Gorgeous Property!

My family and I loved this property, it's proximity to the beach, accessibility along 30A- all the things! We had a minor issue with a leak and the property manager was prompt and easy to work with. Will definitely stay here again!

Sunrise, Sunset Getaway

I stayed at this property for a family reunion the week of fourth of July. The property is literally steps from the beach. The house was beautifully decorated with upscale linens, beds and decor. The location was perfect and was surrounded by lots of great restaurants and shops. I would definetely stay here again!

Beachfront Bliss

We could not be happier with our stay at Beachfront Sea Dreams. The townhouse is impeccably decorated. The proximity to the beach is unrivaled - the staircase is literally feet from the patio. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary beach service that comes with the rental. The townhouse is located very close to so many interesting and fun locations (Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, the Big Chill, Old Florida Fish House). We cannot wait to come back and stay again! Thank you!

Be back in a heartbeat

I absolutely love staying at this property! Nothing can beat the private peach with assigned chairs and a limited crowd. I loved walking down each morning and having an unobstructed sea view. The views from the property were incredible as well. The third floor room was cozy and the house is a whole stayed cold too. One of my favorite parts though was talking with the property manager, Judy, who was a huge huge help. She honestly gave us the best start to our week here. We loved meeting the families here staying by us. Rosemary was just a short drive and we went every day for coffee. We will absolutely be back

New traditions

It was the perfect way to introduce our son-in-law to 30A for the first time. He was so impressed. We have come for years. FYI, the smoke detector is inoperable. This is a concern. Also the ceiling vent is lose.

Vacation

We had a wonderful time, there were a few things that were a bit frustrating. The window in the upstairs leaked a lot during our stay, the internet became a problem during our time. For what we paid for this property we felt like there were things that could be better quality and work better. The air conditioner and temp of the condo was out of control. The first night the condo was up to 85 degrees on the 2nd and 3rd floor, the second day the temp got better it stayed around 70 but the main floor was freezing the entire trip! The condo was very clean and the furnishings were all very nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife, adult daughters, and sister had a plan to travel across the world and due to events out of our control that trip was canceled. We were bummed of course, but the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast, combined with the perfect location of Sea Dreams #5, definitely eased the pain.This rental is ideally located between some of the popular small towns like Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Grayton Beach, and Alys Beach, which allows you to visit the hustle and bustle, (it was spring break) but then escape to your private beach to relax before getting ready to go out again and hit one of the many fine dining establishments in the area.Sea Dreams #5 is a well appointed, as advertised, rental property. The location is amazing and the views and sound of the ocean lapping the coast is right out your backdoor. Prior to our arrival, the manager of the property let us know of a maintenance issue they had discovered. We worked around it and they were accommodating in making it right. Everything that could have made this trip better, (weather, spring break, etc.) were all out of the control of the managers of this property.If anyone decides to come during spring break, you will endure extremely busy traffic, extremely busy restaurants, and an insane amount of kids from 12-17 that think they own the place. However, despite all of that, the rental property was ideal. It was located right between the madness of the busiest areas and simply sitting in the backyard or walking down the staircase to the private beach let any stresses or anxieties about the crowds melt away.

A concern regarding the inability to secure the condo completely when we were on the beach due to a locked walk-through gate. Cleanliness

The property was well represented by it's description. ~However, whomever use the coffee maker last, did not throw out their coffee grounds. ~The inner tubes left on the patio, were there when we arrived.
