College Graduation Trip

Perfect Location

Very nice and clean vacation rental. The house was within walking distance to the beach. The golf cart was a plus to take to the beach. Highly reccommend.

Nice place within minutes of Rosemary and Alys Beaches

Very, very nice property that's really close to the beaches. Publix is within a 5-minute drive as are a number of really nice restaurants. The property also comes with the use of a golf cart which can be a lot of fun! NOTE: you can use the golf cart to run over to the beach about a mile away, but golf carts are not permitted to park in Rosemary and Alys Beach - you can drive over there, but you can't park). Eric will make you aware of this, but it is good to note. The wife and I would stay here again in a second- lots of room, very comfy, and very clean. )

Family trip

Beautiful house, very spacious, great location. Easy access to beach and Rosemary Beach. Loved taking the golf cart to the fabulous coffee / pastry shop down the street every morning.

Girls Weekend

The hidden lil gem

The house was perfect for our family. Very clean and enough space for 6 adults and and 2 kiddos. The golf cart was perfect to get to and from the beach. The only complaint I have is that the parking at the beach was tough. Also crossing the highway was scary. They need to add like flashing lights to slow drivers down. The limited parking at the house was difficult too. You could park at a designated area,(they said around the corner was not around the corner) it was at the 30a avenue place, kinda a distance away from the house.., I loved how close the Publix was. The Ghost crab pizza place was great. But overall I would definitely stay there again..,

Great house and location!

We loved Eric’s place for our family. Plenty of room to spread out, super clean, comfortable beds and good water pressure :). Eric was a great communicator. We loved having the golf cart to get around. The neighborhood pool was perfect for our kids. Beach super close via golf cart and the neighbors were friendly!

Comfy family stay!

The place was comfy and a great fit for our whole family. The kitchen was well equipped. Enjoyed the grills for cooking out together. Short drive (and/or bike or golf cart ride) to the beach. Convenient to some great restaurants. The beaches were absolutely gorgeous. Sunsets at the beach are a must do. The owner was a great communicator and very helpful.

Inlet Beach house

My husband, my 22 yo daughter and I took a short trip to PCB area. We also needed to bring our Yorkie. We found this house and decided we would give it a try. At the last minute we had to switch weeks (after we had already booked and paid) so I contacted the owner and he was able to accommodate us for a different week! No problem! The property is in a good location! It also has a golf cart for use to drive to the beach or around the neighborhood to look at other houses. Definitely a plus, bc my husband has mobility issues and can’t walk far distances. The property itself is nicely decorated with 4 beds and 3 bathrooms. Honestly this property has everything you need. If we had a question or a small problem, the owner responded immediately! For example, there was an issue about the wifi code and the owner took care of this quickly so we had access to wifi. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and the beach is beautiful! It does get crowded quickly and parking can be hard to find so I would advise getting up early so that you can park the golf cart close to the walkway. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again if we have the chance! The house has everything needed to ensure a relaxing and fun trip to the PCB area.

Rosemary Beach Vacation Fun

This was a great vacation week spending quality time with all our family. The house was so perfect for our family of 10, perfectly decorated for the beach cottage feel. Everyone enjoyed their own space. The golf cart was a perfect addition to get to the beach, only a short distance across from 30A. And the kids also loved riding the bikes to the beach and awesome sopping areas. The house was a great find almost new and fully equipped with what was needed for a fabulous get away. A few minor things were addressed with Eric but overall a fabulous stay.

Great Family Vacay

Eric was a great host for our annual stay in 30A! We usually stay within the Seacrest community but the last few years it’s been overly populated this was just about a 2 minute drive from there and this beach had public access and way less populated! Super happy we chose to stay here. The golf cart was a great addition to our stay as well! The house was great and accommodated us well!

Fantastic

Great home fully equipped for our stay at the beach. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to stretch out. Also, the golf cart was a huge bonus and made the short drive to the beach fun and convenient. Host was very engaged and answered all of our question quickly and honestly.

Incredible Stay

We stayed at Eric’s place for a family beach vacay. It was so close to beach and the home was in prestige shape. It was a lot of space for all us to have have our space, even during the storm days when we were in the house the entire time. I would highly recommend

Springbreak 2023

Awesome area if you want quiet, relaxing !! Gulf cart was great to get to the beach . Loved how they had a area to walk the dogs near the house. The house was just right for our family of 7. Really enjoyed our stay.
