Sea Ya Soon is a beautiful 6 bedroom (Additional sleeping Loft area) 4.5 bath home that sits directly on the sugary white sand beaches of Panama City Beach. ZERO steps to the Beach - You are already there! Home is approximately 3000 square feet with almost every room having a wonderful view of the Emerald water. Home has a Large open area for entertaining and gourmet kitchen. There is also a separate Media room for the kids upstairs with a large flat screen. 6 Flat Screens in All.

    With over 1800 sq. feet of Outside Decking (with 450 sq feet protected from Sun/Rain), Sea Ya Soon is perfect for enjoying the sound of the waves or cooling off in the Pool! Excellent layout for large groups! Kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need (including 2 refrigerators). Large kitchen table seats 8-10 + 4 more at the standard height kitchen bar (plenty of outside dining as well - 10 more!).

    Home also boasts plenty of parking for boats, motorcycles, or RV's. 57ft long by 30 ft wide paved private driveway for plenty of parking including large RV's

Great location and amazing beach views! We had a maintenance issue and it was handled promptly. Living room furniture and dryer needs updating. We would definitely book again!

Great beach spot

We loved our stay last week! It was a perfect beach location. The pool is perfect for kids when the ocean is intense for them. Will definitely be back!

Location was perfect. Floors were dirty. No furniture in upstairs bedrooms other than beds. Nothing to place luggage on other than the floor. Had a plumbing issue that was promptly addressed and fixed. Back door and pool alarm button need some attention. Alarm button barely hanging on. Just feel for the price, furnishings should be present and in working order. Maybe owner needs to visit his properties and observe what we did. Pool chair broken. Hot tub cover disgusting, dry rotted. Dresser drawers in king bedroom, handles missing and some off the tracks. But for a positive, the location was perfect. Would I stay there again, no.Don’t mean to be a “Karen” but maybe it will help subsequent vacationers.

Great property. Clean. Good location! We do this every year with my entire family (13-15 people) and this experience was great. Definitely considering this same location next year.

A great week

House was great! Clean property in a great spot. Would not recommend more than 10 people as it could be a stretch to sleep comfortably but it worked well for us.

Excellent Vacation House

We had a great time at this spacious, clean and comfortable beachfront house. Pool and hot tub were clean and heated to perfection. Communication with management was quick and one small issue was handled quickly. Would definitely recommend and would definitely book again.

Perfect vacation house

The house was perfect all around with the beach access, heated pool, hot tub and stocked kitchen with all of the necessary utensils for cooking. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Loved it!

Everything was wonderful. Pool was great, hot tub great. Spacious kitchen and great room. Loved the set up. And the view was spectacular. Best of all the home is on the beach and only steps away. We will be back!

Family of 12 vacation!

We had a party of 12, ages 1-83! This was the perfect house! The bedrooms we set up great! The layout of the house was perfect! The pool/deck area was very spacious! We are already planning our next trip!

Located on beach, only steps to the ocean. The views were amazing. Can’t say enough about the location! The heated pool was great for the kids and the adults. The family spent hours playing on the beach and the pool. The hot tub looked to be an older model but still got the job done. Grilled fish right out on the back deck with their gas grill. The home itself was so spacious, plenty of room for our family of 10. The only thing I would say was a negative is the old, outdated, very worn living room furniture and the trundle beds upstairs. I would definitely recommend this home, we didn’t have any issues. We only made memories we will cherish forever and we definitely be coming back.

Beautiful home, comfortable and set perfectly on the beach. We used the pool and hot tub daily.

Great Location!

The house was as expected. It was clean and spacious and the deck/pool are just awesome. We encountered some mechanical issues during our stay and could not believe how responsive and on-top of taking care of the issues management was - no complaints! We had a really great time in PCB.
