Sea Ya Soon is a beautiful 6 bedroom (Additional sleeping Loft area) 4.5 bath home that sits directly on the sugary white sand beaches of Panama City Beach. ZERO steps to the Beach - You are already there! Home is approximately 3000 square feet with almost every room having a wonderful view of the Emerald water. Home has a Large open area for entertaining and gourmet kitchen. There is also a separate Media room for the kids upstairs with a large flat screen. 6 Flat Screens in All.

    With over 1800 sq. feet of Outside Decking (with 450 sq feet protected from Sun/Rain), Sea Ya Soon is perfect for enjoying the sound of the waves or cooling off in the Pool! Excellent layout for large groups! Kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need (including 2 refrigerators). Large kitchen table seats 8-10 + 4 more at the standard height kitchen bar (plenty of outside dining as well - 10 more!).

    Home also boasts plenty of parking for boats, motorcycles, or RV's. 57ft long by 30 ft wide paved private driveway for plenty of parking including large RV's

    **Please note that for your safety and ours, the exterior of the property is monitored by 4 surveillance cameras (front porch, driveway, beach entry, and west side of the house) and the security footage will only be reviewed if there is an incident. The pool and hot-tub ARE NOT monitored.

Located on beach, only steps to the ocean. The views were amazing. Can’t say enough about the location! The heated pool was great for the kids and the adults. The family spent hours playing on the beach and the pool. The hot tub looked to be an older model but still got the job done. Grilled fish right out on the back deck with their gas grill. The home itself was so spacious, plenty of room for our family of 10. The only thing I would say was a negative is the old, outdated, very worn living room furniture and the trundle beds upstairs. I would definitely recommend this home, we didn’t have any issues. We only made memories we will cherish forever and we definitely be coming back.

Great beach spot

We loved our stay last week! It was a perfect beach location. The pool is perfect for kids when the ocean is intense for them. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is great. We were close to everything and the house sits right on the beach. It was great being able to walk out to the beach anytime we wanted, and the beach was beautiful. The accommodations were sufficient. It's not perfect, but still very nice and plenty roomy enough for our group of 12 people. The only negative thing to mention is the hotel right next door is being renovated, which meant it was a little noisy during work hours, but that is a short term problem that is not in their control anyway. We did have a small issue and the host was very responsive and helpful. We would stay there again.

A great week

House was great! Clean property in a great spot. Would not recommend more than 10 people as it could be a stretch to sleep comfortably but it worked well for us.

Excellent Vacation House

We had a great time at this spacious, clean and comfortable beachfront house. Pool and hot tub were clean and heated to perfection. Communication with management was quick and one small issue was handled quickly. Would definitely recommend and would definitely book again.

Family of 12 vacation!

We had a party of 12, ages 1-83! This was the perfect house! The bedrooms we set up great! The layout of the house was perfect! The pool/deck area was very spacious! We are already planning our next trip!

Everything was wonderful. Pool was great, hot tub great. Spacious kitchen and great room. Loved the set up. And the view was spectacular. Best of all the home is on the beach and only steps away. We will be back!

Perfect vacation house

The house was perfect all around with the beach access, heated pool, hot tub and stocked kitchen with all of the necessary utensils for cooking. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great location and time

We all had a great time and it was perfect. Had something for us all that have different likes and requirements. Plus we got to bring our fur babies without paying an extra arm and leg, if you can even find something on the beach that allows pets.

Great Location!

The house was as expected. It was clean and spacious and the deck/pool are just awesome. We encountered some mechanical issues during our stay and could not believe how responsive and on-top of taking care of the issues management was - no complaints! We had a really great time in PCB.

This place is fantastic. Great location, fabulous view. The owner was quick to respond to questions. We had a few minor issues but Kelly, the property manager, showed up within minutes and had them fixed immediately. The majority of the issues came from the previous renters. She is very sweet, and helpful with not just the property issues but with local suggestions. The staff that came out was equally as great. The house is well equipped, plenty of space for the 11 of us adults. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a short drive to many more. The pool overlooking the beach was my favorite. We would definitely stay here again!

Great View

There were a few small things that could have been better but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved the pool and it’s close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. The minute you walk in the house you see a wonderful view of the ocean and palm trees. We did have one issue during our stay but it was resolved quickly. I would definitely book this place again.

Best vacation ever

All we can say is this house, the location, the amenities and the landscape were just perfect. Everything was well maintained and the weather really helped. The heated swimming pool was working perfectly and the jacuzzi as well. The house is very spacious and comfortable but when we saw the view from the pool area that was the only place we wanted to be. That was for sure one of the better vacations we had in a while and after spending a week in this house, we are already booked for this year!

Family Xmas Vacay

Everything was clean and there was enough space and bath towels for all 10 of us. We enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub in the 40-60 degree weather we experienced. (We’re from northern indiana, the weather was almost perfect. Lol) We had plenty of space on the dining room table to play board games and decorate Christmas cookies. Definitely would come back next year!
