Mar La Vie. Ven y disfruta de la vida en nuestra hermosa casa adosada en la playa. Recientemente remodelado a partir de mayo de 2018. Nuevas aplicaciones, utensilios de cocina, pisos, cubiertas, etc. Ubicado en el tranquilo extremo oeste de Panama City Beach. Disfrute de una gran terraza a nivel de playa, así como un balcón de la suite principal del segundo piso. La suite principal con baño completo, bañera de hidromasaje y ducha se asoma a su balcón privado con su vista privada. El primer piso incluye un dormitorio que tiene una cama queen y también incluye una lavandería completa con baño completo, una cocina completa y sala de estar con vista a la playa. El segundo piso tiene una cama queen y dos camas individuales con baño completo. El segundo piso también incluye una litera con dos literas gemelas incorporadas.
Para fiestas más grandes, mis mejores amigos son dueños de la casa contigua en el extremo este. Su número VRBO es 1114818. Para fiestas aún más grandes, también poseen una casa a una milla más adelante VRBO # 1222400.

The ease of this beach house was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked for easy cooking; the house was extremely clean, and the view was awesome. Highly recommend this place for your next beach vacation.

Perfect location.

It was our first time to stay in Laguna Beach and we loved it. The property was right on the beach with plenty of room. There is a bedroom downstairs sofa bed and other bedrooms upstairs. Parking is right in front of property too. The place was even better than the pics on this site. The decor was amazing with all the wood carvings and nautical stuff. The expensive countertops quality stove and cookware was a dream for our family. Down to the sweet cotton embroided bed skirt. They even had a seafood boil pot big enough for all our shrimp boil. We loved the slower traffic. Stores are few but we loved it compared to chaos of Destin and Seaside. You can still go either direction for dinner. We rented chairs umbrellas on the beach which was perfect they set up and took down each day for us. There were plenty of float noodles water beach chairs at the property though. We also enjoyed eating on the patio for dinner every evening watching the sunset. The only thing is your neighbors are really close and ours smoked the entire time playing their music loudly but there are two tables on the patio We were able to adjust. It was spacious and clean.

This place is the best!

Our group of 5 “beach girlfriends” celebrated our 31st year together for 5 nights at Sea Le Vie. It was the second time we’ve rented this beautiful house and, again, everything was perfect. It was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, so convenient to the beach, and the kitchen had all the appliances and things needed to make our stay wonderful—even spices! The beach chairs were great and there were sand toys (we didn’t use those ) and nice monogrammed beach towels! All the furnishings, including the beds were of exceptional quality. Sheryle, the property/housekeeping manager was so pleasant, easy to work with, and a great communicator! We would highly recommend this lovely house to anyone!

Absolutely amazing!

Absolutely a 5 star experience! Stunning view and a beautiful home, and so very clean, which absolutely deserves more mention. The attention to detail with cleaning done prior to arrival gives you the impression that you are the first family to stay here. The rooms were very comfortable, and perfect for our family of 5. We definitely appreciated the homes location at the quieter and lower traffic end of Panama City Beach. We will definitely be returning to this home the next time we're visiting!

This place is wonderful!

This property is fabulous, clean and beautiful. Having one bedroom on the main level was perfect for my disabled sister along with the short walk to the beach. The location great and sunsets were beautiful.

The perfect home away from home

Our family couldn't say enough wonderful things about Sea La Vie and the owners Lisa and Greg + Sheryle (Property Manager). The easy compliments: - Perfect location away from the busier parts of PCB but still in the thick of it. - Immaculate home with tasteful decor, gobs of kitchen equipment (they have EVERYTHING) and ample lodging for a larger family or (2) separate families. - Doesn't get much closer to beachfront than Sea La View. - The deck and Kamado Joe were just wonderful, whether sunning, stargazing, or grilling steaks. - Thomas Donut and Snack Shop is a hair over a mile away (A MUST!) - Bayou Bill's Crab House is a hair over a mile away (A MUST and your kids will love the live alligators) The differentiators: - We were coming a long way with two small children, so and early check-in and late check-out were given (Godsend). - We had an issue with a component of the grill that Lisa quickly remedied. - The keypad on the front door ran out of batteries when trying to get back in after a day visiting friends in Rosemary (everyone was whooped). Sheryle answered on the first call and directed me to the spare key while walking me through how to replace the batteries for the keypad. Whole process took mere minutes and no child woke up. Bottom line: - There is a TON of options to rent in PCB and the surrounding beaches, and we're pinching ourselves for being so lucky in stumbling across Sea La Vie. Can't wait to return!

I hate to say

This place is awesome. We have been coming to PCB for 15 yrs and have stayed at many places. Some have been good and some have been bad. This place is a 10 out of 10 on my list. It had everything we needed. I worry about posting great reviews because most people that rent will not take care of a place this nice. However, I wanted to let everyone know that there still are nice places to rent at PCB.

Wonderful!

We felt at home the moment we stepped into the house. It was so welcoming, lovely, clean and well decorated. We loved easy access to the beach. The views are amazing and beautiful. The host is very easy to communicate and answered our questions fully and quickly. Everything was wonderful. Definitely highly recommended place!

Excellent

This townhouse feels and smells clean! It is in the perfect location only steps away from the powdery white sand. It was perfect for our family of 5. Lisa is an amazing host and was very attentive. A Well stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach toys and beach chairs are provided by the host. Zero issues or problems during our stay and very easy check out. We had a wonderful time. I highly recommended it!

Very enjoyable

Very nice accommodations, everything worked well, great access to the beach. The only negatives were lack of parking - 3 units, too crowded - small living room and very crowded laundry area - bump your head spacing!

View from main bedroom gives this place 5 stars!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sea la Vie! Everything was clean, the rooms were spacious, and we had everything we needed! The grill on the deck made for easy dinners on the beach each night! There were beach chairs, plenty of outdoor seating, and even a few beach toys for the kids. We loved the location and while we were there at the tail end of spring break, the beach was never over crowded! Lisa was so pleasant to work with and I appreciate her! We will definitely be returning!!

Quiet and beautiful beachfront getaway

Wife and I stayed at the place for a relaxing work break spring getaway. We loved the place and well worth the cost for those who prefer to stay at a nice place actually on the beach. The place has all the things you need from kitchen to bath to lots of outdoor chairs and beach umbrella. The Bose bluetooth speaker is a very nice touch for listening to tunes on the patio. The place was super clean and we loved the design and local decoration touches. The bedroom patio is a great place for morning coffee and dolphin watching, which we saw swim by most mornings. The beach is clean and white sand with lots of room being away from the more populated beaches to the east and west down 30A. A great variety of food options in local places and nicer restaraunts on 30A which start about 15min drive west. We loved Backbeach BBQ, the Shrimphouse, DQ (a family vacation tradition) in PCB, Great Southern Cafe in Seaside and will be trying more of 30A area next trip which had lots of places and shops to check out. Lisa was a great host, we had some issues with the keypad but she worked with us to get access and we eventually figured it out together. Her friend stopped by to help and manages the also very nice rental to the east also worth checking out. Only thing worth mentioning just to be aware, is that this is the middle of a row of townhomes with close decks so have to be patient, mindful and courteous when using patio. We had some great neighbors so not a problem. We will for sure be back and blessed to have found this gem that you can tell the owners take pride in managing and sharing!

Perfect stay and location!

This adorable house was perfect. Right on the beach and close to great food and Pier Park. Loved the decor and the house was spotless. Great communication with owners I would love to stay here again when we travel back to PCB.

Perfect location and property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vie. Everything was well stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Beach access is right outside the backyard. Quite and serene. Perfect relaxation setup. Only one thing that I would recommend is to add a separate thermostat for upstairs and allow for windows and patio doors to be opened while the other thermostat is active.
